Been taking pre-workouts for energy for 20 + years...I go through alot just trying to find a decent one that doesn't give me bad side effects. Not easy because I'm extremely picky. My current favorite that I always reorder is SPARK energy...But this one is definitely a keeper and might become my #1. Time will tell, but I'm definitely liking this one. The paradise flavor tastes great...Try it, you will like it. It's kind of reminiscent of the old jacked3d but of course not as great...

Awful taste, does not mix well (a lot of granulars at the bottom of my cup), and I don't feel any increase in energy or pump. Would not recommend.

I've started a new workout regimen, and to be honest, by "new" I mean I've never really seriously worked out in the past. I've been doing research on different types of supplements I can take to help with muscle growth, but in my case I care more about muscle recovery. The taste is great and I usually mix it with flavorless creatine. It mixes easily with water with no clumps, and no residue, and provides a smooth drink. I know I'm getting all the powder without any clumping at the bottom, because once I finish the glass there is very little residue on the sides. Just to be sure I get every particle I can, I usually fill the cup up again with water and drink that. You can never hydrate enough. I usually take this about 15-30min before a workout, and can feel it "kick in" soon after. This container will last a month, which is a great value. Most importantly, it has a real impact on my exercise and recovery. I've noticed significant improvements in my endurance, and the recovery time post-exercise has been remarkably reduced. I also learned the hard way that this stuff really works, because when I stopped using it for a couple weeks, I soon noticed the difference as my exercise performance started to decline. After starting back up again, I was back to achieving new gains. I highly recommend Yeah Buddy as a great way to boost your workout potential.

This is a new version of Ronnie Coleman's Yeah Buddy preworkout. The old version wasn't a 5/5 stars for me, but it was definitely a upper tier preworkout. The old version had 9 grams of ingredients, compared to 5.6 grams in this new formula and it stated how much of each ingredient on the label. Not only do we get far less of the active ingredients in this version, but they're also hiding the actual dosages. The Paradise Infusion flavor is quite good and mixability is great. It's sweet and easy to drink. The effects from one scoop are a bit mediocre though. 2 scoops feels more comparable to the old version and definitely gets the job done, but it's very cost inefficient to take it that way. Unless you are new to preworkouts or are very sensitive to caffeine I would recommend getting the old version of Yeah Buddy or picking something else.
