Thought it might've been a bit longer than a standard one, but it extends to the regular length. So if you're looking for shorter, this is for you, or if you need a regular-length, this is good too!

Second time using this, I’m vacuuming and the pole just snaps and it won’t go back together. Really stinks, It’s pretty hand being able to shorten the length. I’m returning but not sure if I’m going to give it another try or not.

I'm absolutely delighted with this wand! It fits perfectly and performs just as well as the original. I particularly love the design, and the clever placement of the button to extend the wand on the inward side makes it even easier to adjust than the original. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it!

I liked it while it worked. I loved that it extended. This short gal could finally reach the corners of the walls and ceiling!The screw fell out making it inoperable.

I have the dyson v7 vacuum and I was overdue for a replacement wand as the original was no longer in good working condition. I loved how this wand had the extension feature included so I decided to get it. The shorter length is perfect for cleaning a car or any tight space, while the longer lengths are perfect for cleaning floors, ceilings, windows, etc. I also loved that this includes a holder clip which holds 2 unused dyson attachments. Overall this wand is very practical and I love it so much more than the original dyson one!
