Disappointed
Bought this Klein tester & it looks used, packing was obviously re sealed & the screen is scratched. So disappointed especially knowing that Klein is a higher end brand.

All functions work as designed, test leads are good quality. For the price, you cant beat it

Defective item, with poor warranty
This item arrived defective, with jumpy readings and the continuity test not working at all. Amazon would not do an exchange, and said to go via Klein's warranty service. But Klein says that Canadian customers must send the item to the U.S. at the *customer's* expense! I ended up just returning the item to Amazon and buying a new one. (The new one works fine.)
