Great product and excellent value for money. I purchased the 0.25mm roller to try out derma rolling with an inexpensive roller before deciding whether to continue and invest in a more sophisticated system, but now I think I will just stick with this brand as it does everything you would expect. The device feels and looks good quality. Instructions on how to use are clear and easy to follow. Came packaged in what looked like sterile pack and re-usable hermitically sealed plastic container that is handy for disinfecting after treatments and storage. So the only thing I needed to purchase additionally was 70% medical alcohol for disinfecting the roller. I had read a number of articles on derma rolling so decided to use once a week to get my skin used to it, and it works for me so far. Slight redness and skin sensitivity immediately after use but clears overnight. I need to continue using for a couple more months to evaluate results but early indications are good.

Didn't notice any improvement but, didn't use the serum with it. It also hurts a little and gave me a head ache after. Jury's out..

Excellent product and I can entirely see why other reviewers have become addicted and want more!I have fairly good skin but am 46 with a few acne scars and (so far!) very few wrinkles. I ordered the 0.25 because I was intrigued by the idea of microneedling but was scared about the immediate aftermath of using the roller (I have small kids) and found the idea of sticking pins in my face as appealing as, er, sticking pins in my face!My roller arrived this morning and I immediately got it out and tried it on the back of my hand. It rolls smoothly, the needles are absolutely tiny, and I could barely feel it on my hand. This gave me the courage to use it on my face as shown in the instructions and on various videos that I had watched beforehand. The 0.25 needles really don't hurt as you are rolling, and the feeling and appearance afterwards is more of slight sunburn than anything else. Since I forgot to buy a serum, I did as another reviewer had done, and applied some Savlon to my face after using it. My husband came home but didn't say anything about my skin, so I guess it wasn't too noticeable.It's late evening now and the redness has almost subsided, and my skin feels lovely and smooth and not sore at all. I will definitely be getting a 0.5 roller to work on the areas of my face that are scarred.As someone else wrote, if you are thinking of buying one, just do it and you won't be disappointed.

Not sure how effective this roller is yet but it's a good quality product and very good customer service.

Hmmm.What was I expecting from this little device ?What I was expecting and what I got is different.After reading reviews I was unsure due to a mixture of reviews.I'm always sceptical if I see total positive feedback but naturally don't want to see negative feedback.I recived my roller in good time, nicely packaged and a good size.Using on 1st application I felt it strange witj a slight pricking sensation but soon got used to it.My skin was on the red side once dine so I would use it at night as any redness is gone by morning. I felt my nightly serum / moisturiser is absorbed more and actually enjoy the prickling sensation as in my mind means its working.I felt afyer a few uses ( don't use in consecutive days as I did find it made my skin to sensitive) I noticed a plumping on some fine lines around my mouth and for head.Also my pores are smaller around my chin and nose.I used to have bigger pores and would feel these could be made more noticible with make up etc but defo happy with the reduction......no more squeezing ( yuck).I've recommended thos to 3 of my friends who are between 37-43 years of age.This is now and always will be part of my facial regime and use it 3 x a wk.

Easy to use. Fairly painless if used properly, slight pricking sensation and soreness after but nothing too unbearable. Have seen some improvement with use (twice a week). My skin seems to glow and is more fresh looking. I have some acne scars which i’m hoping will improve with use. Overall, not bad for price point. Great that it comes in its own little case and sealed for hygiene purposes.

Ayant fait beaucoup des recherches sur quel dermaroller choisir j’ai finalement décidé de commander celui-ci.Qualité :Bonne qualité de fabrication, petit et bien emballéUsage :La taille 0,25mm est vraiment top pour d’ébouter sur un cran dégarni. Au bout de 2 utilisation 2 fois par semaine j’ai senti une nette amélioration sur le cran chevelu. Ça fait pas mal mais on sent que ça pénètre dans la peau épaisse.Faut bien lire le guide d’utilisation pour un usage parfait et bénéfique. Il faut bien désinfecter avant et après utilisation.J’ai commandé par la suite un autre dermaroller de la même marque avec une longueur de 0,5mm que j’appliquerais 1 fois par mois en complément de celui que j’ai acheté.Verdict :Très bon produit qui se démarque par son prix et qualité.

Très bon produit je recommande. Ça fait deux fois que je le fais seulement en taille 0,25mm et je vois déjà un petit résultat. Je pense le recommander en 0,5mm pour plus d’efficacité. Le produit arrive vite et intact dans une boîte en plastique elle même emballée dans un sachet stérilisé dans la boîte. Je recommande, vous économiserez beaucoup par rapport à un microneedling en institut.
