I've been using this for about 4 months. This is the worst razor I have ever used. The blades are not very sharp and struggle to catch the hairs in awkward places and angles. Considering this is for the vulva area, the fact that the blades can't shave hairs at odd angles is a huge issue. I have to do multiple passes over the same area just to attempt to shave all the hairs. This leads to more irritation. I also feel friction when I drag the blades across the skin, even when I'm using a shaving gel. I experience more irritation with this razor than I have with others. I think this is due to the dull blades and poorly angled blades in the razor head. I've only used each blade about 2-3 times before replacing it. They start off dull and become more dull in only 2 uses. If you have very very very very fine pubes, then this razor could work for you. But if you have thicker pubes and/or have Asian hair (like me) or coiled hair, this razor is not going to get you a smooth finish or an easy shave. You will spend extra time in the shower going over each area multiple times to try and simply shave the hair off... The Wilkinson sword trimmer/razor combo is better. The razor head is actually a bit smaller than these Venus ones, so easier to use in hard to reach spaces. I had irritation from the shaving gel and it gave me an infection. So that's definitely a big no no for me. I'll never use it again. I tried to use it on my legs instead, gave me horrendous shaving rash. Avoid. Honestly, I really don't understand how people like this razor....super confused. I won't be buying more blades. I originally purchased the razor and 8 replacement blades. Now I've used all the blades, I won't be buying more. Save your money and look elsewhere

I’ve never been able to shave my pubic area with a razor. I’d get itchy, had red bumps, razor burn, and ingrown hairs. This kit has saved me. I also bought the exfoliant that they recommend using before you shave. I haven’t had any of the problems I used to. The area is smooth, not itchy at all, no red bumps etc. I highly recommend these products.

I bought this pack a few months back and omg a game changer! I love, love LOVE the razor that comes with this. I haven't had any ingrowns since using it and the refills are easy to get on their own (whether its on Amazon or your local supermarket, I've been able to find them easily.) But I think what really steals the show from this pack is the shaving gel and the serum. Granted, I don't use the serum as often as I should when I shave, but I'm careful to apply it for intimate shaving and it's FANTASTIC. A little goes a long way with the serum, truly! It keeps your skin silky and smooth and there is ZERO irritation. The shaving gel is my absolute favorite though. I love that its clear so I can see what I'm doing and there's no foaming. I use a little more than I should, but that's just personal. You don't really need a lot for this shaving gel. Just like the serum, it leaves your skin soft and hydrated! My legs are way happier using this than my old shaving gel, thats for sure lmao I highly recommend this product, whether together as a gift set or just separate (especially the shaving gel!)

Received it with one cartridge missing, which means that the pack was opened before. Such a shame!
