Sugar.fit rice vs Sona masoori rice
Did not help control my sugar levels. What I got from sugar fit is white rice and my blood glucose levels remained high at 240 post lunch. The level is same as eating with masoori. I am on medication for diabetes. Short, no difference between this diabetic rice and ordinary rice, in my case
