Hard to swallow
The tablets are massive and hard to swallow, with the recommended serving size to be 4x tablets it's best to take them separately and not in one go. As far as I've noticed I haven't really noticed any effects but maybe for slightly more visual veins.

Great price and defiantly feel the benefits from this supplement, 3 month supply is great and a high dosage, tablets are quite large.

Disappointed
Never tried this brand before and a very disappointed . When I receive them, I made up my eight weeks of tablets as per usual in their tablet containers. After a week. I found that these tablets are disintegrated to powder. This has never happened to any other brand I have used will not purchase this brand again

Big capsules, rather dry, difficult to swallow
The tablets are rather big and have no capsule around- when added to a pill box they become a powder, so I have to remember to take them separately. Dose is good, 1000 mg per capsule.
