So have used those ubiquitous pouches and they do not stop vehicle commmunicating with key when inside. This one absolutely works. Key in pouch no comms between key and car. Like the fact it has a belt loop. Hate ones with jangling snaps as just more noise. This is pretty good idea. Just a bit bigger as well and magnetic folding flap also a step ahead. We all know the life of Velcro. Works and then it doesn’t. Do give this one a high mark.

I bought this Faraday jacket for a specific reason: I like to leave my keys in my vehicle (in my locked garage/at work), but doing so usually causes a constant "handshake" signal between the car and the key fob. This keeps the car’s computer system awake, which drains both the car battery and the key fob battery incredibly fast. This Faraday jacket solved that issue instantly. With the key fob sealed inside the magnetic closure, the signal is 100% blocked. The car behaves exactly as if the key is miles away, allowing the vehicle's computer to go into full sleep mode and preserving my battery. Why this one is worth it: Perfect Signal Block: Tested it while sitting in the driver's seat—the car cannot detect the key at all when sealed in the jacket. No Annoying Velcro: The double-fold magnetic seal is silent, quick, and won't wear out like velcro does after daily use. FINALLY!! A Faraday key fob bag that actually blocks Ultra Wide Band (UWB) RFID signals on some of the newest vehicles. This bag is pricey but it’s the first one to effectively block all the signals from my new key fob. I had a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy and any decent Faraday bag/box worked. Then I got a 2026 Calligraphy and the new key fob uses UWB and BLE (blue tooth low energy) and none of my old faraday bags or boxes worked to block the new key signals. I bought 2 new Faraday boxes - both failed with the new key. I kept one of the better boxes for my older non-UWB keys and sent the other box back. Same issue with the 3 different Faraday bags I had - they all failed with the new key. See the video I shot. I put my new key fob into this Faraday bag, walked it out to my new 2026 Palisade and key was neutralized completely. One important caveat - this key bag MUST be fully and properly sealed. ANY signal leak will put your key at risk. I tested this bag ten times and in one of those ten tests, it failed because it wasn’t totally sealed. I’ll use this bag at the gym and at home to prevent signal relay thefts. Google that if you are unfamiliar with this new age car theft scheme. My neighbor had a 2025 Mercedes stolen in early August 2025 from his driveway by relay thieves. A secure, functional, good quality, durable and comfortable to carry key fob bag that actually works!

I just got this and it works really well. I’ve been through so many that don’t work at all or quit working after a just a few months. Even the ones that are expensive and say they are better. This one had a strong magnet and fold over twice. It still works even if I u fold it and open the top of it next to my car. I hope it lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this one especially if it lasts!

The car would not unlock, nor start, when fully enclosed, and the interior key chain _not_ used. What's nice about this is the interior fabric that comes up to seal off the signal in addition to the overlapping flap. Very good quality for the $10 price, and proved to be durable the first month of use. Note: Only the car key may be able to fit in the smallest sizs, depending on the car key size. A 2023 Palisade key fits snugly.

Works as it should. Completely blocks RF even at close range. Just the right size for my fob and keys.

blocks the signal! Higher quality than the carbon fiber looking ones with the velcro top. I bought two of those kind and they both stopped working with in a year, however this one has the Roll up magnet style top which blocks the signal better and won’t wear out like velcro. A little more expensive than the other ones but it’s WAY worth it in the long run for the quality and peace of mind that my signal is actually being blocked.

Go to today and tried it right away and it works flawlessly … so far. Even had the pouch open and still was not able to open my door . No signals escaped . That being said, let’s see if it’s still the same in a few months . My last one from a different brand only lasted that long . Will by again for my second keyfob if it still does the job later down the line researched
