Decent, but expensive to me
Well, the pads are decent.I can't say it's magical though.Maybe slightly improved the clamp force on my x3s, but I can't say if found any dramatic changes. But the quality is decent overall, nice fabric and eventually they are better than the original. But man, like it's half of the headphone price.... Can't say I really I know why.I'm keeping them though

The Best Replacement for Phillips Fidelio X2HR
The Phillips Fidelio X2HR was the first high end headset that I have bought after using gaming headsets for years. The sound quality was amazing, and I could listen to music on them for hours. The only issue I had was the stock pads. They created amazing sound, but were scratchy, hot, and a definite hair and dust magnet. I began to look for alternatives and found the Dekoni brand of headset pad replacements. The two main pads I found were the Choice Suede, and the Elite Velour. I found tons of reviews about the Choice Suede pads, and many reviewers mentioned they did impact the sound quality despite being comfortable. I could not find a single review on the Elite Velour pads, so I decided to buy both to see which one I liked best. After a month of testing both pads, I can confirm that the Elite Velour pads are the best of the two. They give the same sound quality as the stock pads, with no itching or heat near the ears. They are so comfortable, and I can wear them for hours with no issue. They do not collect nearly as much hair and dust and can be easily cleaned. The Choice Suede pads did not sound nearly as clear in music tracks, as the memory pad pushes the speakers away from the ears. This caused a lot of the tracks to sound muddled, especially with bass heavy music. They also get hot easily and I had to frequently remove them to let my ears breathe.I would not hesitate to buy the Elite Velour pads again and am leaving this review to help anyone who are curious as to how they compare to the stock pads and the Dekoni Choice Suede. I give the Elite Velour pads a 10/10 compared to the stock pads. They are extremely comfortable and sound just as good as the stock pads. The Choice Suede Pads are a 7/10. The sound quality is just not nearly as good, despite the comfort.
