The GARDENA Coupling with Flow-control Valve serves the infinite adjustment and cut-off of the water flow in the hose. The Coupling is used as a connection between two hoses. In this way, you can directly regulate or cut-off the water flow in the hose. This saves you a trip to the tap for regulating water flow. The Control Valve is ideally suited for e.g. regulating the range of a sprinkler.

You need to be sure about the diameters you’re working with. So far my hose is working very well, not a drop leaks out.
