Sharpens in the best way possible
My grandpa used to sharpen his knives with something similar. I used to love watching him because in my young eyes he seemed like a pro. My knives were dull. Exceedingly so. I sharpened my chef’s knife, it cuts so smoothly now without smashing my tomatoes. Like a dream. I sharpened some cheap steak knives I purchased years ago, and I don’t think they have ever been sharp. They are now. I seem to take the sharpness for granted because I’m cutting myself every week just by handling the knives for washing and putting them away where I didn’t before. Because they were dull. This sharpener works very well. It’s easy to use and it sharpens my knives beautifully. For this price point, what have you got to lose? I highly recommend this product. And if anything were to happen where it broke or went missing, I would not hesitate to get the exact same thing. My only regret is that I waited so long to make this purchase.
