I very rarely review items that I purchase but I feel I must do so for the Red Nomad pillow! I have been using a contour pillow for the last 15 years.... when I started using the contour - it helped me out - I actually used the 6" contour! The last time I ordered one; which was approx. 3 months ago, the quality had gone horribly down hill. Unfortunately it took me approx. 6 weeks to realize that it was the reason that I had horrible neck and shoulder pain when I would wake up, with the neck pain continuing through the day. At first I thought I had pulled a muscle in my neck and I became an Ibuprofin junkie! I decided I had to try another pillow. Approx 3 weeks ago I ordered the Red Nomad pillow, after sleeping on it the first night - I did not wake up with neck pain. Although I had problems as the day wore on, but was waking up every morning without pain. I figure that it was the damage done from my old pillow that had to work itself out. After sleeping on the Red Nomad for just over two weeks, I am starting to not hurt later in the day. I just ordered another pillow to be shipped to my brothers house so when I visit I can look forward to a good nights sleep and wake up without neck pain. Also I want to say that I received the pillow only 3 days after I placed my order. Thank you for the great customer service and the pillow that has saved my neck and shoulders.

Extremely comfortable pillow all of my guests love it! Would recommend to friends and family

This is a very comfortable pillow and one I plan to add to one of my guest rooms. I wish it actually had a little bit more fill as I've gotten used to a pretty full pillow. That said, my wife loves softer pillows and she's a big fan of this one. I haven't noticed any lingering smell that was referenced in some other reviews.

This pillow could get 5 stars on the comfort aspect...soft yet firm enough to support your neck, doesn't deflate, and the bamboo cover is soft and breathable...less sweating. But I give it 2 stars because we could NOT get the smell out!! We tried sunlight...outdoors...dryer....leaving it set for days... adding another pillow protector (the waterproof soft fabric kind), and still the smell persists!!! Very frustrating! I have chemical sensitivities and the smell made me nauseous after several hours of sleep. Expensive pillow that is unusable for me. Missed the return date by 2 days!!

I love this pillow! I have had tension and stress in the base of my neck for months! As soon as I received this pillow I used it that night and woke up in the morning feeling wonderful! Almost all of my tension in my neck is gone! I highly recommend this pillow! You will get a very good nights sleep!

It smells so bad that it activates my asthma. I’ve tried everything and it’s a shame because it seems that it would be a good pillow.

This pillow is just as good as my other name-brand shredded memory foam pillow and for a fraction of the price. 12/10 would buy again

does have a smell to it that last a long time but its definitely a comfortable pillow
