This book is extremely useful to acquire the basic knowledge of daily conversations and habits in French. The vocabulary is up to date and has numerous colloquialisms which new learners need in order to express themselves as a French person. I definitely recommend this book. It is all in French, so if you don't have a teacher, you'll need a French-English dictionary.
