Gentle Rain Natural Wonders Series

I am a professional full-time massage therapist who often gets very tired of hearing "massage music". ie echoey flutes and spacey synthesizer droning. I was receiving a massage recently and this was playing very quietly in the background, and I really liked it. I don't love it because some of the synthesizer/sound effects are a bit dated. And when you listen to this stuff all day it can be cloying and distracting. But the subtle background quality with the gentle rain sound effects mixes very nicely with what is already on my mp3 player and is perfect for the clients who don't want the music to interfere with their relaxation. The music is not constantly accompanying the sound of the different water and rain effects which is also different and nice.

I get ribbed all the time because I like New Age music. Sitting at my computor, working on stuff, and having the music playing low in the background, is relaxing. I am a music nut, with over 2600 CD's from every genre; I listen to what I'm in the mood for. There's a time and a place for music such as this.Arkenstone carefully and successfully blends his soothing melodies with the gentle sounds of a spring rain on this CD. In essence, the rain compliments the music, and the music compliments the rain, and it's this combination that keeps the music interesting. If one has a problem with tention from time to time, and who doesn't, this CD will help you relax; it's that good.

I am a total Arkenstone fan, but I am still surprised at how beutiful his music really is from one theme to the next. This is the ultimate in rain sound effects blended with relaxing music. If you have trouble sleeping, this is definitely the CD to own - you'll be snoozing by track 3! A definite must-have for relaxing!

This disk is very nice. It's great to listen to when relaxing, meditating or just listening to when you're falling asleep. If you love relaxing, gentle music, you'd be crazy not to own this cd!
