I love these massage balls. The set of three is just perfect for my needs—it is helpful to have the different options. Additionally, I just got around to downloading the user guide that comes with the balls and it is extremely helpful. I didn’t expect much, but the guide wildly exceeds my expectations. If you purchased these balls and haven’t checked it out yet, I recommend doing so. The balls look and feel good quality, and the texture, hardness, and material of each ball seems appropriate to its use. The little mesh bag they came in is also convenient. The only downside is that I don’t know how to clean them, as it didn’t come with instructions for that that I could see. But I’m hoping I can get an answer to that. Overall, I think they’re amazing. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve always had a lingering shoulder discomfort from bench press and pull ups. At times I could hardly touch my back. I got the Massage Ball Set, used it instantly and within a minute was feeling 90% better, no joke. I would recommend this product to anyone who does exercises. It’s easy to use and is just as advertised. I love the bag that it comes with that makes it very portable. It comes with a user guide too!!! Great stuff.

Been using them everyday for last two weeks and my body is thanking me everyday. Feels awesome on my crunchy back and is working wonders everywhere else. The smooth gray ball is solid and perfect for any part of the body. The spiked one is hollow but is awesome especially for the arches of your feet, feels heavenly. The black one is decent but it is hollow as well and I am already worried about it’s longevity. Feels like it will pop in half eventually. Definitely would buy it again or get one of their other packages.

These are the best balls ever! Now I can tell people that I massage myself with my balls! But seriously I use them a lot to rub a constantly knotted shoulder area of muscle, get it into position and roll it between the floor and my muscle and that also lets me get the right amount of pressure needed to get relief. My best gift to myself ever!! Love, love them!!!

I LOVE these little balls. I did a lot of research because I’ve had knots in my shoulders that won’t go away (probably from looking down on my phone so much). These balls are so effective. I use them for twenty minutes every other night and I’ve gotten so much relief in my shoulder blades. I took these to Hawai’i with me recently and my boyfriend and I used them on the plane. Literally just sitting with a ball behind our shoulders felt so good. The case they come in made it easy to keep in my purse. We even use these when we’re watching tv. The sizes are perfect. I’m buying another pack because he wants a set for himself now!

My job has a massage chair available for most of the year but recently broke. I got these to help with my overly tense muscles. They work great, not as good as the chair but still great. I didn’t think I would like the spiky one but I’m so glad I sprang for this set. My kids even like them.

I enjoy the massage balls, they are great at working out knots in your muscles. I picked this set specifically because it came with the user guide.. Although this package does not come with the user guide, or at least I didn't get one.

My original 3-star review (seen below) has been updated. When I received my product, it was clear that I had been sent a used product. After posting the review below, the company reached out to me immediately. They sent me a PDF of the product guide and also offered to replace the set of massage balls. The balls were not damaged, nor did they appear to have any 'wear and tear', so I did not see the need for the company to replace them. I did, however, appreciate the response, so I changed my 3-star review to 5-star as the quality of the balls is good and the customer service was excellent. Original review: Received my massage balls, but the box looks a little "used" and one of the balls had some grit on it that clearly indicated it had been in someone's possession before reaching me. There was no literature included with the balls with info about usage - so I have no idea if it came with anything like that. Makes me feel like I should have paid yard sale prices for it.

These massage balls were recommended to me by my physiotherapist for a problem with neck and shoulder pain. I've only been using them for about a week so a bit soon to tell. They were a great price and arrived overnight. A couple of days later I received an email from the seller with a PDF of an instruction booklet and was amazed to see how many other uses they have apart from my specific problem. Really appreciated this and can see that the rest of the family will use them for other problems as well.

Mein Physiotherapeut hat mir zur Anschaffung eines "Igel-Balls" geraten, um zuhause meine Muskelverspannungen im Schulter-Nackenbereich durch gezielte Druckanwendungen zu lösen. Sich ein oder zwei Mal die Woche für 20 Minuten vom Physio durchkneten zu lassen, reicht ja in der Regel nicht (zumal es nicht unbegrenzt Rezepte gibt ;-) ). Auf der Suche nach einem eher harten Igel-Ball von hochwertiger Qualität, der mich aber nicht gleich ein Vermögen kostet, hat das Massageball-Set von Plyopic meine Aufmerksamkeit erregt. Drei Bälle mit verschiedenen Oberflächen und unterschiedlichem Härtegrad - da dachte ich mir, bin ich bestens mit bedient. Und so ist es auch! :o) Ich habe die Massagebälle seit gut drei Wochen in Gebrauch und spüre zunehmend, wie sich die Verhärtungen der Muskulatur ("Knoten") erweichen, die Schmerzen nachlassen und wie zu guter Letzt auch die Durchblutung gefördert wird. Ich habe mit diesem Set genau die "Werkzeuge" erhalten, die ich brauche, um wirkungsvoll gegen meine Schulter-Nackenverspannungen vorzugehen, deren Schmerzen auf sehr unangenehme Weise bis in den Hinterkopf strahlen. Die Bälle sind von ihrer Größe genau richtig. Ergo bin ich voll zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Schließlich habe ich die Massagebälle noch von meinem Physiotherapeuten bewerten lassen und er ist auch der Meinung, dass sie hochwertig und von ihrer Beschaffenheit genau richtig für mich sind. Ein Manual, was bei diesen Massagebällen zu beachten ist und wie sie anzuwenden sind, hat der Packung erstaunlicherweise nicht beigelegen. Dafür kam nur einen Tag nach der Lieferung ein elektronisches Benutzerhandbuch von der Firma Plyopic unaufgefordert in mein Email-Postfach geflattert (weitergeleitet über Amazon). So geht es natürlich auch. Den größten Erfolg habe ich mit dem harten Igel-Ball, den man laut Anleitung von Plyopic eigentlich nur für die Fußsohlenmassage verwenden soll. Nach Aussage meines Physios muss man lediglich aufpassen, dass man sich nicht mit seinen Knochen (insbesondere die Wirbelsäule!) auf den Igel-Ball legt - das mögen die gar nicht! Auch sollte man im Liegen nicht auf dem Igel-Ball rollen, sondern in Ruheposition für 1 bis 2 Minuten Druck auf die Faszien/Triggerpunkte ausüben. Bewährt hat sich der etwas weichere, schwarze Ball mit den etwas großflächigeren Noppen zum Rollen an der Wand - dazu gibt es auch eine sehr gute Anleitung im elektr. Anwenderhandbuch. Wer wie ich unter stärkeren Rückenbeschwerden und Muskelverspannungen leidet, sollte sich vor Anwendung der Massagebälle allerdings besser von einem Arzt/Facharzt oder Physiotherapeuten beraten lassen und nicht ganz auf eigene Faust loslegen! ;-) Die Massagebälle lassen sich sehr einfach mit Wasser und etwas Seife reinigen/pflegen. Fazit: Klare Produktempfehlung!

Awesome set of balls... Found them to be very effective for my sore and tense upper back and shoulders. Great to use against a wall. They are durable and the carrying bag is useful to keep them from going missing!
