great things come in small packages
The thing I love about the Ipaq is how smooth it is and easy to use. It just seems to follow a commen sense approach, this might seem a stupid thing to say but how often do we throw things to one side in disgust because it just does not make sense. I also got the Tom Tom "sat nav" bought for me along with this system and the two work like a dream together. I am neither a high flyer nor a massive traveller. I am but an ordinary working wife who has already found the benefits of a geat bit of kit the Ipaq helps me plan and organise both at home and work and the Satellite Navigation means I can safely travel with confidence and we can take the family places we might not have tried before as it takes you literally to the door.

Slim Machine!
The thing tha attracted me to the 4150 initially was the presence of 802.1b compatibility allowing me to use it round the house and still access the Net. This works fine and virtually transparently - no more worries about being tied to one of the PCs :-). However, the most remarkable thing abot this PDA is its size and weight - these are sold on the basis of being pocket machines and while my older ipaq fit OK in a coat pocket, it was a trifle too heavy and large to be comfortable in a shirt pocket. However, with this one, I am constantly haviing to pat the pocket to reassure myself that I haven't lost it :-).As well as WiFi, you also get Bluetooth to connect to other devices and there's an IrDA port. The companion disk comes with a printer driver for this to let you print directly to a suitibly equipped printer. If you haven't already got it, there's a copy of Outlook with which this device synchronbises and you can set up partnerships between upto two PCs and the PDA.

HP 1710 PDA
An all round PDA. Only one problem. Get a pda that operates on Pocket PC with at least 64mb ram. 32mb is not enough and most of the time the system just slows down. This does not apply to any Palm product.

HP iPAQ rz1710 Pocket PC
I saw this PDA when i was over in the states at just $240 in a shop called "officeworld". then decided to buy it when i got back to the uk because of obvious reasons.i brought it for £190 from PC world and then brought a 512MB SD card as expandable memory for around £30 to go with it.I maily use my PDA for games or listening to music. It is great to listen to music and is very easy to use... if you have a card reader...The only draw back is that it doesnt have much inbuilt memory wich kinda sux as i find it slow when i play videos... or have more than 2 programes open at once.I recomend this product if you just want the basics and dont want to go all out ... however if you are going to use it to go on the internet...think again with no WiFi or Bluetooth it pretty much lacks that capabilty...unless u spend some more money.Great product for the basicsTom.

Excellent PDA!
I bought this PDA from [...] for £251 inc. VAT and Delivery. It is also available at [...] for a similar price, [...] and finally [...]I have pointed this fact out to Amazon but they refuse to change their price so I have been forced to do this! I love Amazon but the world must know this is available £150 cheaper elsewhere.
