Mens Womens Stainless Steel Black Rolo Chain Necklace

I wear this chain everyday all day everyday since I’ve gotten it. In the shower, in the bath. Black is still covering the entire chain. I also have very sensitive skin and don’t have any reaction to this.

I like this chain. Got it for a relatively inexpensive pocket watch that is sort of an heirloom. I wanted a traditional rope style chain, but not too beefy. Since nobody wears vests anymore, and you plan to wear it from a belt, do yourself a favor and get a decent belt hook. The typical wire one's on even expensive watch chains serve the purpose, but they're hideous.

My teenage son wears a cross that is black with an American flag and he accidentally broke the chain. It was difficult to find a replacement chain because the bale is inside of the cross itself. This Fosir stainless steel black chain worked perfectly, as it was easy to pull apart the jump ring at the end and slide it through the cross then reattach it. Having the end only slightly bigger than the chain itself really makes this a desirable replacement. The 20-in length is perfect for my teenage son, it Is long enough to hang either inside or outside of a shirt. The lobster claw clasp is easy for him to put on and take off by himself. I did accidentally get the wrong width of chain, but I don't think that will matter to him much. The 2 mm chain is slightly wider than a dry spaghetti, and a 3 mm chain is about the same width as the split ring that I put my keys on just for reference. The original chain was 3 mm but I got the 2 mm. It still looks good but if I were to need to get another one I would definitely go back to the 3 mm, as it is a little more masculine. Overall I am very pleased with this black chain and would definitely get it again.

I've purchased two of these necklaces, the first broken in a few months, and thought it was a fluke. The second most recent purchase, also broke. The length and color of the necklace are great, but the quality isn't the best.
