I use this with buckwheat flour and other grain free flours to give elasticity in place of gluten. Use It works like a dream. It works quickly (isn't one of the varieties which turns food purple either!) Dissapointed customer, It is not pure psyllium husk, according to nutrition information, it is heavily poluted with CARBS, which is what I /and I believe most of people/ try to avoid when cooking with psyllium,/… and it is interesting that there is no image of ingredients to begin with/

Excellent psyllium. Very finely powdered unlike most that are effectively the whole husks which take ages to dissolve in water. This is exactly like the Now foods psyllium except way cheaper.

Very wholesome product. I take only a level teaspoon daily in my cereal and it keeps me regular. It’s a very good probiotic to keep my gut healthy.
