Great laptop!
Very good laptop, I have been using it it since 2018, never had an issue with it.I run many software together, and it does work very well.battery life is good. Its durability is now changing, but it is 2022. If you keep it well, it will last for many years!

Good value for money and performance Laptop
Good value for money and performance laptop. Weve had Lenovo before and they seem just fine - better than the real budget laptops, but not necessarily the build quality of high end more expensive ones. The main thing is they are easy to use from the box, the performance seems good, and we have never had reliability issues with our Lenovos. This one seems as good as ever. No problems recommending for student or basic office use.

STUDYING AND SOCIALISING WITHOUT PROBLEMS!!!
Since my former girlfriend decided to start studying at the university, she needed a laptop for writing essays and downloading any sort of material: for this reason, I bought this product as a present for her. Although its performances are not excellent, this pc can be rated positively with regard to the main functions that such a device is useful to fulfil, for example, the above-mentioned downloads, surfing on the internet, watching video on YouTube and, last but not least, using social networks. It didn’t give her any problems, considering that the purchase dates back to four years ago.

Awful product - do not waste your money!
I can not tell you how dreadful this laptop is. Right from new it has performed so badly that it is pretty unusable. I only really use it for internet searches so have not downloaded any other applications. That said it often takes 10 minutes to load the Microsoft Edge search and then it regularly freezes on my searches and sends an error report to Microrsoft. I have a fibre connection so there is no issue with my internet connection and speed. I've tried a reset of the laptop and it took 24 hours to complete. No improvement to the performance has been noted. one start is too kind for this laptop. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

OK
I had a 17 inch Lenovo that after 7 years suddenly died so bought this one as an urgent replacement. It works. It runs smoothly and looks quite nice. However, nowhere in the description does it say the screen is matt so images aren't as crystal clear or the colours as bright as a glossy screen (whites are slightly more yellow too). Therefore, in order to do any image editing, the brightness must be at almost maximum. The keys are a bit clunky but the more annoying thing is the Shift key on the left is far too close to the slash key and I keep half pressing this key when I press the Shift key.RAM - it has only 4GB RAM which is onboard so cannot be replaced. Contrary to some reviews there is ONE spare slot to allow you to increase the RAM. But given the price of this laptop which admittedly isn't top of the range I would expect it to have either more slots or be able to replace all RAM chips. There is no DVD drive and again, contrary to some reviews, you cannot just open up the mock drive and add an additional hard drive or even a DVD drive as there are no internal connections 'in situ'. You would have to buy the necessary internal bits and connect them up.If you add the cost of additional RAM and if desired, a DVD drive plus internal connections, you might as well put that money towards a slightly more expensive laptop which hopefully would have a better screen and slightly less clunky keyboard!

easy to live with
no problem at all with laptop easy to set up and good quality allround. however I have not been able to register product for guarantee, as when I put purchase date in it states that already registered a few months previously, which can be proved to be wrong as the date is before manufacture date. it is also virtually impossible to contact Lenovo as they do not have an e.mail address. hopefully I wont have any need for the warranty

Not happy with this product
Its really slow. I need to wait at least 30 seconds after clicking on browser icon to open. Another 30 seconds after browser opened to enter something...its literally damn slow.

great value for money
all the hardware works as perfectly as it could. however i only had this laptop for 2 months. the battery life is pretty good also. i use it for college and a bit of gaming. there is one small issue with Mcafee firewall, but that is the only one i came across to this date. thanks a million.
