Excellent so far, easy connectivity, good sound quality. However the noise cancelling so so...as I sit next to a human trumpet to the left of me and a girl who swallowed an industrial fog horn on the right.

Repeatedly Loses microphone connection
Unhappy with this product. It keeps losing microphone connectivity, despite rebooting , updating and speaking with their technicians. Apparently this is a known issue . I’m extremely disappointed given its cost.

Very good but not perfect
Wireless capability and ability to connect to laptop and mobile is very useful. Docking/charging stand is helpful. Sits well on the head. Sound is slightly tinny and there is occasion distortion when speaking, almost like being ouside in the wind. Still consider this very good for the price.

Only good for taking calls from multiple devises and using on pc, no good for mulitmedia, or gaming
good piece of kit, can connect up to 8 bluetooth devices (mobile phones) and main usb and usb-c bluetooth adaptor for PC. It's no good for gaming or 5.1 or 7.1, media sounds tinny but its ok. Comes with a charging dock, with a fixed ubs-c connection but no power plug to charge it, had to buy one separate, as i have no usb-c connections on my pc.. so looses 1 star for this as it did not mention you may require a power plug for the docker. bit pricey for what it is.

Poly Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset Review
Reliable, comfortable, and excellent for communication. It comes with a USB-dongle (BT700) plus Bluetooth USB-C cable wired option. So you can use it wirelessly or fallback to wired mode if needed. The noise cancelling on the mic is great … If it’s voice calls you’re using it for, this thing is good. Very good battery & roam freedom: Official specs talk up to 24 hours talk time, and up to ~47 hours listening time in certain modes. Also decent wireless range (~45 m in one test) for movement around office or home. Downside: If you occasionally listen to music or media, it will serve well — maybe not “audiophile” but more than enough. If you work in a very noisy open space and want full isolation, this may not be ideal.
