Would these help keep feet warm when thr water is cold?

I would have to say no! They are a great product, but I believe you would feel all the elements of the water wearing them.

Where are these made?

Or just China, the country with an abundance of capitalism.

Going on a cruise where there will also be excursions. How are these when walking on rocks or heavier terrain? Not in a hiking sense.

I walk across a lawn and sidewalk to the pool. I don't know about other terrain.

Do you have the 7.5-8.5 available in the B pink-2? I got mine in and i got the 9.5-10.5, but they are too big. Your package says you have a 7.5-8.5,

you have to see which one is men or women. I wear a smaller size if it is in men.
