My honest opinion

These are great if you have smaller nipples as the bar is small but the crystals on the side are massive and very heavy so even though there pretty i was unable to wear them and they ripped and pulled the nipples quite a bit and because the sides are massive they can be quite hard to screw in as well

When they was in I didn’t catch anything on them which was great BUT Then within 24 hours my nipples were infected & I had disinfected them before I put them in
