Food not mixed thoroughly, not good for pastry or bread
Not sure about this yet. There is a funny smell when working, the blade/paddles do not stop food getting stuck underneath so you still have to mix when completed. I’ll keep trying for a while before returning to see if it’s the way I’m using it but it’s nowhere near as effective as my 40 year old Braun that recently died. Jury’s out
