"You get what you pay for" perfectly sums up this product. The print quality is terrible, and assembling it was far more difficult than it should have been. Once it was finally set up, it produced loud squeaking noises while printing and left bold black lines across the labels, making many of them unusable. I was hoping for a basic, functional label printer, but this product failed to meet even those expectations. Unfortunately, it ended up being a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend it.

Update: Seller reached out and are sending me a replacement cartridge. Many thanks to Ink-King (JR) Ltd. Prints well, but you constantly have to press the button on the screen to dismiss the non-compatibility message. It's annoying.

Print quality is dark and consistent. It’s much cheaper than the genuine cartridge and works perfectly for everyday document printing. As long as you understand that the toner level is not displayed, there’s nothing to complain about.
