8 bars will last for a while. My wife’s car had baked on tree sap all over and nothing would touch it. This stuff worked, no need for more expensive branded stuff.

As good as more expensive competitors but use your own spray bottle
I like the eco friendly idea of using soluble solution to use with the clay and there is plenty of clay supplied. Got my son to use it on my 12 year old mid-life crisis convertible just after buying it and the water is still beading off 5 weeks later. The only issue was the foldable “spray bottle” that comes with it - this burst upon first use. The manufacturer would have been as well off not to provide one tbh. Picked one up from my local garden centre and used that instead. Perfect.

The bottle leaks
So they've kind of gone overboard here.Theyve provided a massive number of lubricant tablets, which are just like windscreen wash tablets, and actually the resemble and feel the exact way that my windscreen wash tablets work as well.Theyve provided a huge amount of clayThey've even provided a roll up squirty bottleUnfortunately none of these things are done well. The tablets dissolve, but not very well, and I had to wait for ages for it to fully dissolve and even in warm water. The clay is individually wrapped in plastic, but they didn't take into consideration that the clay will stick to the plastic, so when you try and peel them open, you lose quite a lot of clay stuck to the plastic, which you then have to try and gather back, and all of this could be mitigated with a small amount of talcum on the inside of the plastic perhaps, or even just not individually wrapping them in this kind of plastic, instead using baking paper. The plastic bottle leaks. It has a good amount of spray, and a nice mist spray as well, but unfortunately leaks from the lid, so you can't keep it full of liquid for the times that you need it, you have to use it and abuse it and empty it.And make matters worse, the clay actually cracks quite easily, instead of being malleable like more expensive optionsgeneral advice for using a clay bar on windscreens or your paintwork, is to remove impurities, and you should be able to rotate them so that you can remove the impurities from the surface, and you're not sending them around scratching things. Unfortunately that's no use i if you can't store the thing properly. They haven't provided a tin to keep the clay bar in use clean from dust. If you throw it into a fabric bag, that clay bar is gone.

Lots of kit
For a small box, you do get quite a lot for your money! There are 20 clay bar lubricant tablets, and lots of clay bars, along with a foldable water bottle. The tablets dissolve in the bottle with warm water added. They do take a while, 15 - 20 minutes in total. The bottle is fine for a one off use, it does leak if the spray button is open. The clay bars are a little sticky but it wasn't a problem, I was able to remove them okay. The set us reasonably priced for the amount you get, and my husband is really happy with it - he cleans a lot of cars for work, and this set is ideal for smaller detailing, so he would recommend it.
