I was very skeptical when I purchased this, but saw all the great reviews, so went ahead and purchased it. I am completely blown away by how well it worked the very first time I used it. I returned from an overnight trip where I slept horribly in the hotel room due to the hotel bed and pillows causing neck and back pain all night long and then drove 2 hours home, so was very stiff and uncomfortable. My order had arrived, so I took it out and used it for about 15 minutes (maybe more - it was so comfortable, I fell asleep). My neck felt so much better and I was able to turn it further side-to-side than I have in years - after 1 use! I'm so glad I bought this product - I wish they made something similar for my lower back pain. I highly recommend this product.

I usually consider my regular pillow as too high even though it's shredded memory foam. And I do occasionally have neck pain. So I decided to try this. As a regular face-up sleeper, this is actually quite comfortable, with the foam area actually supporting the neck, provided you do position it properly, the cushion part as close to your neck as possible. If you put it too high, you end up supporting the lower back of your head, which can actually pinch. There are many sellers of this here on Amazon. It's the same product, just at different prices. This one works fine.

I thought this was an awesome idea and saw it did help some people based on their reviews. Unfortunately for me it did not work. It seemed to just sink down and not have any support. It was cheap in price and quality. May work well for others though.

It works... keeps neck cushioned but not in the perfect support for alignment. Great for watching tv or playing video game for comfort!

Throw a towel over it and relax. I've had recurring neck issues for awhile from a minor car accident, exacerbated by scoliosis, a job where I sit all day, and age. Recently the neck pain and crunching was getting worse so I was determined to do something. This has provided lasting relief and does exactly what I want it to, gently pull my head up and make some room in my spine. I've even felt it affecting a problem spot in my upper back. It's not the only new tool in my arsenal, I also got a back stretcher thing and a "top" cream that have also contributed to my improvement. But I love this thing!

I read lots of reviews for this item, both good and bad, and I had a lot of hope this would be at least a moderately good product, but I was let down. The idea is good, but it falls short of having any desirable effect. I could get the same relief from a rolled up towel. It's only a thin piece of molded plastic with egg crate foam glued in it. There is a gap without foam right in the spot where the base of your skull rests which makes it really uncomfortable. I tried it in every position I could and it just doesn't work that well. Have to send it back. Just not worth it.

I was hoping that the texture was going to feel like a soft foam texture, but it was a texture like a sponge. I got it for my sister and when it came, . . both me and my sister were surprised at how cheap the product looked/felt. Even though the neck support didn’t look like it was gonna work too well, my sister ended up really liking it after she tried it and told me that it helped her neck feel more relaxed. For the price, it’s worth it. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Not quite as sturdy as my old one. Wish the plastic were a little firmer so there is more stretch. Did help with my neck pain though
