They are all cooked in avocado oil, which helps keep your omega-3:omega-6 fatty acids in better balance than chips cooked in seed oils (sunflower, safflower, corn, cotton seed, soybean). Some omega-6 fatty acids are necessary, but we get more than enough of them without trying (read your food labels). When you eat considerably more high omega-6 oils than high omega-3 oils (salmon, flax seed, walnuts) promotes inflammation, heart disease, & other chronic health conditions. Avocado oil is naturally lower in omega-6 fatty acids than seed oils & high in healthy omega-9 fatty acids.And all Siete products taste great!

These chips are excellent! If you are looking for tortillas not made in the bad oils and iodine salt, these are the ones for you. Super tasty, very crisp. Healthy meets great taste!

These are really delicious and healthy too. They are a little thin and don’t hold up to dips very well. I can’t get them again because I can’t stay out of them.

These are the best tortillas I’ve had. Perfect thickness of chip, and good clean ingredients. Bag could be more full, but I will absolutely purchase again!

I’m all for salty snacks but these are just super salty! Less salt would be so much better because the lime flavor is great.

Fantastic, but the price predictably went way up after they were acquired by Pepsi. It’s a shame that clean ingredients are the exception and not the norm. I only buy these when they’re on sale and then I stock up. Street Corn flavor is amazing.
