I absolutely love this litter box! The stainless steel design is one of the biggest reasons I bought it because it won’t absorb odors or harbor bacteria like plastic litter boxes can. It keeps everything feeling much cleaner and fresher. The raised sides are perfect for my kitten—they help keep litter from being kicked everywhere without making the box feel enclosed. It also comes with a scoop and a little step stool, which makes it easy for my kitten to climb in and out. The size is fantastic, too. It’s spacious enough for her to grow into as an adult, so I won’t have to replace it anytime soon. On top of that, it has a sleek, modern look that fits nicely in my bathroom instead of looking bulky or out of place. For only $44, I think this is an amazing value. It’s well-made, practical, easy to clean, and looks great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality litter box!

Deserves more than 5 stars. My two male Maine Coons share this box. We have ANOTHER box, but this one they LOVE. Easy to clean (I use clumping litter) and NO smell! The size is perfect for their very large fluffy butts (my one male is 28 lbs) and the way the lid is constructed there is MINIMAL litter outside of the box. Highly recommend this litter box to anyone who has a cat. The plastic does not compete with the stainless steel. You'll have this box for a lifetime! High quality!

Coming back to review this product almost a year later because I love it so much, it made this chore I used to hate doing an absolute breeze! My cat Lucy will be 9 years old in 2025 for reference and I used a plastic litter box for about 7 of those years. They stink! Litterally. The plastic holds onto everything. Living in an apartment made it difficult to really deep clean because I wanted to take it outside and hose it down. I replaced them every few years because the litter would cause scrapes in the plastic and make it even more stinky. On top of that I had to be careful what cleaners I used because they could soak into the plastic and potentially bother Lucy. Plastic can bother cats skin in general especially cheap plastic- food bowls, litter boxes and some toys! When I heard of the benefits of stainless steel litter boxes I splurged on this bad boy right away. Zero regrets. The cleaning process is so easy! No scrubbing, no stinky old plastic. "Things" rarely stick to the bottom. I could honestly just wipe it with water it feels like a paper towel commercial. I recommend it to all my cat friends! Buy it. Its sturdy and the most functional thing I purchased all year.

This is a perfect cat litter box. 5 stars. I will never go back to a covered, plastic litter box after having this one in place for over 3 months. It is very easy to clean; once I've scooped, I smooth out the litter so it is obvious when my cat has used the box - when I see disrupted litter, that is my signal to scoop. It takes 2 minutes to scoop, put the clumps into the nearby Litter Genie, and wash my hands. Two minutes and done, compared to a covered litter box that is all too easy to ignore and then becomes a messy, smelly time-consuming chore to clean/dump the whole thing, what a pain. This stainless steel litter box, coupled with my Litter Genie and World's Best Cat Litter, keeps both my cat and me very happy. Zero odor. None. Ever. The attached high sides prevent litter scatter from the sides of the box - at least in my case, because my cat doesn't jump over the sides; she uses the "entrance" cutaway and the end of the box. However, I do get some scatter from the box entrance. The "litter catcher" bin that is staged on the floor at the entrance does catch some of the litter scatter from cat-exit, but I still have a bit of litter scatter because my cat jumps out of the box rather than walking over the catch-bin. I don't consider this a drawback. Scatter depends on the cat litter, and your cat's "exit style." (Note - those litter-catcher mats are a pain to clean and not worth the expense and cleaning time; don't bother. Tried various types. No joy. I prefer simply to keep a little broom and dustpan set at hand near the litter box. It takes only a minute or two to sweep up litter scatter and dispose.) The length and width of this litter box are ideal for a larger cat. My kitty is 14 lbs; she has plenty of room to decide her spot, especially with no "cover" to restrict her. She simply steps into the box, with no crouching or hunching to get in and out, does what she wants to do, and then does a simple exit hop. No fuss. Happy cat. This is a great cat litter box. My cat and I highly recommend it! P.S. This cat litter box + Litter Genie + World's Best Cat Litter (unscented) = zero odor and a very happy cat.

So easy to clean, doesn't keep the stink like the plastic ones do. Nothing sticks in these either scooping is so easy. Loved it so much I bought an extra one for my kitties! I also got my friends using stainless steel ones and they love it! Love that they are silver, and deep litter boxes!

Great size, high quality, not too heavy, and the kitties love it! We haven’t had any leakage through the sides and, due to the design, I don’t think it’d be possible. One of our kitties kicks around the litter when he needs to go and this has helped astronomically with preventing litter from going everywhere. We will be buying another one!

It took me awhile to post my review because I wanted to give myself time to see how things went. I have 3 cats and it was important for me to make sure they were happy with their bathroom options. Anyone with 3 or more cats/kittens knows there is a lot of peeing and pooping that goes on and cleanliness is very important and having no odor is also important. The plastic litter boxes over time hold odors no matter how often you clean them and by clean I mean dump all the old litter disinfect and scrub the box dry the box and put fresh clean litter. You also are suppose to replace plastic litter boxes at least every year because they hold on to bacteria and odor. Before I decided to purchase this metal liter box I was concerned with the noise/scratching of nails on metal because I have a cat that like to dig to nowhere when he’s using the bathroom but surprisingly I haven’t noticed the noise. I also was concerned because of the cost. Paying over $100 for a litter box was a little disturbing to me but I took the chance and I’m glad I did. The plastic that goes around the top of the litter box fits great and it helps keep the litter from flying out when the cats are digging. I like that when I clean the litter box the clumps of pee don’t stick to the box Iike it did in the plastic litter boxes. The litter box is a great size and has plenty of room for my male cat who is much bigger than the 2 females I have. I do need to replace another plastic litter box that I have with this amazing metal litter box and I hope to do that soon. I definitely recommend this metal litter box. It also came with a step to put outside the box to help with catching the litter as they exit and it came with a scooper and a container that houses the scooper. Over all this was a great purchase I definitely recommend purchasing this litter box!

Review for 2 Pack 8" Deep Stainless Steel Litter Box with Lid etc.... There was no way I was going to spend $50+ for a cats poo box. Wife bought the first set and loved them. After taking my turn at cleaning litter boxes I bought another set to replace the remaining plastic ones. While I still believe over $50 is pretty high for a cat toilet I can also admit these are worth it compare to the plastic ones. I won't go back. The pee clumps do not stick to the sides and the smell doesn't permeate the stainless steel like the plastic boxes. The open top makes it easer to clean as well. I'd buy again if need be but these things seem pretty solid, don't think we'll need anymore. Unless she comes home with more cats...

Very good cat litter. Large in size and good that it comes with the little step to catch the litter. The scoop is a great size and it’s easy to clean. My cat feels more comfortable as it’s bigger. A bit pricey, but honestly worth it.
