WELKINLAND Buffalo Leather Suspenders, Heavy-Duty Brown Suspenders For Men

I received my WELKINLAND Buffalo Leather Suspenders today, on time, as promised. These are a replacement for my old, disintegrating elastic tool belt suspenders, which I hate. The product is first rate. They could pass as dress braces. Thick leather, nice finish, solid hardware, reasonable price. Too stiff to wear all day new, especially with a load, unless you put pads on them. Looking forward to breaking them in. Happy customer.

This is my first purchase of leather suspenders. All previous suspenders I've bought in the past have all had the same thing that never worked for me and that is they all had the stretchy straps between the suspender straps and the hook that attaches to the belt/belt loops. These allways lost their stretch around two months after purchase. I was getting tired of wearing two suspenders at a time so I thought I'd try something different. I found this pair and even though priced near the lower end, the leather straps are clip to clip. Took me a minute to figure out the straps out but it was simple and I am very satisfied. The pants stay up, or should I say all the way up. Yes they are stiff but that can be a dtandard of new leather. Yes I can feel them now but leather usually shines in the end and then they will be more comfortable. The sizing is spot on and I am now happy.

These suspenders seem to be very heavy duty. I will let you know if they dont hold up. The last pair of a name brand suspenders I purchased from Amazon seemed to be real sturdy too, but they broke at the hole in the leather that the buckle pin goes through less than 6 months after I got them. These are a much wider strap so hopefully they last longer. The only thing I don't particularly like about these is the strap loop is too close to the buckle and that makes it hard to get the strap through it and for some people, if they needed to use the very top strap hole it would let a long tail of strap dangling loose. Fortunately I only have about 3 inches protruding below the strap loop. I do like them very much.

I loosened them all the way and tried them on. They were about 6" short of fitting me. Measured from the inside of the clip on one end to the inside of the clip on the other end they are about 48". Since the description said big and tall, I hoped they'd be 54". I was really looking forward to ditching the elastic suspender, but I'll keep looking for longer ones. Too bad because these are the best made suspenders I've ever seen. I do a lot of leather work and this is TOP NOTCH hardware and excellent thick leather. Best of all, the company is absolutely stellar at customer service. They reached out to me after the sale w/out being asked.

Well made however they are short for me. I’m 6’ so I was surprised they were so short. They were exactly what I wanted so I’m keeping them with the Hope I can figure a work around. I did see some belt loop straps that might add a few inches to the length. Which is really all I need. I’m tired of those elastic suspenders I was using. Months later and they are still great showing no signs of wear. They stretched a bit after a few days and are now no longer feeling short. Highly recommend these suspenders.

First; they were received in a reasonable amount of time, arrived in a decent box, and in excellent condition. first problem; there was no size listed on the order page, that I could find, so be aware, they are sized Large. I'm 6' tall, weigh about 190 lbs, and a34" waist. I adjusted the front straps, as short as I could, and the were still too long for me. Now, I must say, that the quality, of the leather, workmanship, are first rate, IMHO. One other problem, is the high quality of the front straps. They are stiff, thick leather. It's a good thing I didn't have some leather conditioner on hand, to work into the straps, or I would have had to keep them, instead of sending them back! if you order these, CHECK THE FIT, before you do anything rash!!! I hope I cad find a pair, AS GOOD, in my size! I would give them a 5, if not for the sizing.

I'm not sure I'd agree with the description of 'soft leather' as straight from the box, they're stiff leather but I'm sure some saddle soap & wear will soften the leather. Build & material quality cannot be faulted at all IMO & the dog lead style clips are super strong. They are also a LOT more comfortable than the elastic style braces/suspenders as well. Not the cheapest but definitely well worth the price.

Gute Qualität, bin damit zufrieden. Beim Bücken muss ich wegen der fehlenden Elastizität kurz rausschlüpfen. Das war so beabsichtigt, weil die Elastizität nach einer Weile nachgibt und ich nicht immer neue kaufen wollte. Kein Problem auch wenn die Hose etwas schwerer ist.
