Seller very rude and unhelpful
Purchased this carpet clearer 5 weeks ago, I have used it 3 times. Tried to use it today and the spray function is not working. Contacted the seller on the number provided and was told to call back in 1 month! I was then passed on to two different people to be finally told they have no knowledge of either the machine or the sale of it! Amazon were amazing and helped to resolve the matter with a return and a refund!
