It works
The charger was purchased as a replacement for a failing power brick on a HP Victus 15 laptop. When plugged in it immediately began charging the computer's battery. The powercfg /batteryreport indicated that the charger seems to be equivalent to the laptop's original power brick.

Suffices
It works for Omen gaming laptop but sometimes says power isn’t sufficient enough.

It works!
This actually worked for my HP Omen laptop and I have had zero problems with charging. It gets a little warm if I’m charging while either heavily using my laptop or if my laptop battery isn’t at 100%, but the factory charger that came with the laptop does that, too, so it seems like that’s just how chargers work. I’ve been using this charger heavily for weeks and it never gets really hot or overheats.

This is a good charger. It works fine with my HP envy 17 inch.

NOT HP OEM. Connects to and powers ZBook 15 and Pavillion computers as expected. Terrible cord clip.
First off, be aware that this is NOT an HP OEM power supply, but a third-party supply. It looks like it was probably made in the same factory as the HP supplies, though, and is absolutely identical in every to my original supply, except for the cord which has a fabric/braided type sheathing and it doesn't have an HP logo. It also looks basically the same as other third-party supplies you can find on Amazon.I chose it because the braided cord sheathing looked like it might be more flexible that the standard smooth cords. (The picture also showed it nicely wrapped up on the unit, which made me think it was more flexible than it is.) This turned out to be not true and it is quite stiff and is essentially impossible to wrap the way it is pictured by hand. Furthermore, the cord holder clip does not hold on to the cord at all (the opening is too small and flexible) and it is completely useless for keep the cord from unravelling. So that was a big disappointment, and why I removed a star. (Of course, it's a pretty simple matter to get a velcro tie or similar to solve that problem, but it's nice to have things work properly out of the box.)That said, it connects firmly to my my ZBook 15 G6 Workstation charges it just fine. It does not seem to overheat, and everything looks to be working great. So, it's performing as expected. These type of power supplies come in 150W and 200W versions, and my computer clearly states that it needs 200W, so I happy that it appears to provide the rated power. It is currently also selling for slightly less (maybe $10, ignoring "sales"). It also worked fine with my son's HP Pavilion gaming computer (which requires only 150W).Overall, I am happy enough with it, but would not get it again. I'd instead try one with a different cord and clip in hopes to find one that has a working cord management clip and possibly more flexible cord. I was hoping to have something a bit less unwieldy to pack up for travel, and find myself very disappointed with this one. For general use, though, it's does the job.

Exactly what I needed and exactly when I needed it.
5 stars all around. Better quality than what shipped with my Omen gaming laptop since the cord is more protected with a fabric like strain protective layer, and the end is connected more towards the corner of the square transformer part of the charger, out of the way.Plug fits my laptop perfectly, no weird charging messages and works at least as well as the original charger that came with the laptop. This was exactly what I was hoping for and what I was looking for. Buy without worry, as long as you make sure you select the right charger for your needs, you will be happy with what you get. Two thumbs up.

Reasonable power supply
I got this supply to supplement my current HP one so that my Pavilion 16 is more moveable. So far it's been ok running under stress of 3d reconstruction for several hours and gets predictably warm. The initial voltage was just a bit higher than the rated voltage at 19.98 OC but so does the official HP one. My laptop does see the charger and stays with it through the high power moments and without issues. There does seem to be a potential phantom power as the unit was warm after being unused for a good amount of time for it to cool off to at least room temp. On the side where it was on carpet the warmth was felt. It's got the CE marking but no UL marking so I'll be making sure this is in an open area to ensure it can keep as cool as possible and not on carpet to trap heat. For me it's a temporary solution and missing the UL marking is a risk but ok one in my case as I'll be around it when in use.The braided cord is a nice feel and the overall unit feels solid enough. Time will tell about the reliability but so far it's been ok under the loads it went through.
