Exactly as described! I change radios in my car a lot! And these connectors make it so easy. To just unplug one connector for and then slip in the new radio. These could be used for anything such as a shine hibby project that has a few low voltage circuits to a reoccurring project like mine. The connectors that slip inside the unit are neatly bundled to where you just lay the band out and slip in the new wiring. There is supposed to be a crimp tool but one can get by without it. They come in various wiring arrangements as well which is so convenient for for selecting one that is just the right sized for what your working on.

I struggled with this Molex connector at first because I'm used to Deutsch connectors where it's not a big deal for the wire to be in the pin slightly. On these Molex connectors though you really want to avoid the wire being much further past the crimp. Lesson learned, my 2nd one went much smoother.

Took me a bit to get them to work. I had started by putting what seems to be too large of a wire (larger covering) and the pins wouldn't latch. Once I used smaller wire with narrow covering, they worked OK. I don't have a crimper, so I had to do each one manually with a pointed nose pliers, and solder them. Worked out OK, but takes patience.

Easy to install as a replacement connector.

Why so cheap on the pin quantity? You know some are going to get mangled. You know there is going to be mistake do overs. You know there may be a design modification later. Don't be so cheap.
