Good purchase
This has been really useful for practicing recall and basic obedience while still giving my dog some freedom to move around. The longer lead allows for more distance than a standard leash, but I can still maintain control when I need to. I like using this for training because it gives me a little more confidence when working on commands outside or in a larger open area. The bright pink color also makes it easy to see, which is helpful when the lead is lying on the ground. It’s lightweight enough to work with comfortably but still feels sturdy. A useful training tool for working on recall and other commands.

Great training leash for me and my dog.
I am so excited about this product. first , I am not a professional dog trainer, I'm 72, never tried to train a large dog to a leash and never used a leash longer than 6 feet. I have a 4 year old headstrong rescue that has never been trained, is reactive to wildlife (never seen them before) and has lots of energy. I had been trying to do Obedience (with help) but backed off to try to teach him his home and boundaries (and me) because he's only been here 3 months. I got a 12 foot retractable leash and i he mostly pulled me around the yard, at first pulling me down (partly my fault) twice. We were doing ok but he really wanted to see his yard and all the smells of animals , etc. he had learned my eh eh voice ( loud obnoxious noise) when he got close to boundaries but it wasn't enough, I saw some videos about recall and needing a longer leash so I found this one. I got the rainbow one, it's bright and colorful and I like it. It takes some getting used to handling, I found out my using it that you watch your feet! I put the handhold on my wrist, and wrap the leash in large loops , not large enough to trip over however and I let my dog wander, after 20 minutes I had the hang of relooping and letting it out. as soon as he was getting close to the end of the leash I would turn and walk away, and hallelujah, he followed! we had such a great time walking around our pretty much bare field. I did have to watch him around the few trees to make sure we were both on the same side but there was no pulling and I was able to try some of the recall tricks I had seen on youtube. This leash drug on melting snow , got wet, did not tangle or knot and is sturdy enough for my 50 lb dog. 30 feet seems like the perfect distance for us and our yard. I really am proud of my dog and myself for such an enjoyable walk . I know they won't always be like this for a while, but I am much more motivated to train my buddy and happy to have this leash to do it with. really If I can do this, you can do this. My plan is to have fun, have him trust me and get to know his yard so he will stay in it. (he did get away from me twice when I first got him, took off into the woods after deer, hence the leash) I don't know if I will ever be able to have him off leash, but we are happy doing it this way for now. Then I will try more obedience.

I really like this should’ve bought it a year ago
One of the best things ever bought it was 30 feet long. I have a small puppy who wants to run but in the neighborhood that I live we are not allowed to have our dogs off a leash so I can take him to the play area and he has 30 feet to run which he does and he loves it. He runs runs, runs and gets tired out. It is perfect for controlling a dog and still allowing them to have running. Plus, I love that it came in orange it matched his harness and it is easy for me to see and find this is a win-win for my puppy and myself.

Perfect for if your dog is lead trained and ready for recall work!
Former professional dog trainer and long time service dog handler here. Is this the absolute top grade leash in this class that you could possibly buy? No, of course not, and that's clearly reflected via the price range, so I'm not knocking it at all for that. BUT! (and this is a HUGE BUT!) If your dog is already familiar with basic obedience/loose lead walking, and is comfortable being on lead (ie: is not a leash chewer), this is the literal *perfect* longline lead for recall work. For recall work you WANT the longline to be lightweight, so the lead isn't getting snagged on every blade of grass or divot on the ground, and this leash is very light even for a nylon, and the handle is great too. The clip is tight with little play, but not so tight that it's hard on the hands to use. Nylon is a bit scratchy, but that's to be expected in this price range, and I personally am not bothered in the slightest about it because I'm specifically using it for recall work, not nose work or man trailing, so my hand's not going to be in the loop often. Also, the stitch work by the clip is a little sloppy. I'd like to see better fusing of the raw edge of the webbing, and I'd like to see heavier duty threads making up the bartack and overlock stitching, so I will probably remove the stitches, properly fuse the raw webbing to avoid fray-based failure, then restitch with a heavy duty thread instead of the standard thread used here. But that's maybe 5 minutes at my sewing desk to get a pretty great training lead in return, so I can't say I'm too upset about it! Just something to be aware of before putting a sewn leash onto a dog. (pro-tip: regularly check your gear for loose stitches, rivets, clips, etc to prevent equipment failure while out and about!). That all said, I would NOT recommend this leash for tracking sports, as I doubt it would last more than a season fresh out of the package; but if you're new to those sports and don't want to invest in the super expensive upper shelf stuff just yet, this could be a practical solution for a trial run *if* you double check those webbing edges and stitches, and reinforce accordingly- tracking dogs pull you on purpose! You need a leash that will not yield to the constant pressure! But if you need a good basic longline for recall training at a budget price, this is absolutely one I would recommend. I also would like to add that a MASSIVE selling point for me was the wide range of colors this lead comes in. So many brands of longline leads only come in black, and when doing recall training in an urban environment this can become a MAJOR problem, as passerby don't see the leash, trip, and faceplant; possibly taking out you and your dog with them on the way down. The yellow lead I chose is very bright, and that's exactly how I wanted it, because I don't want my dog to get hurt while working on recall in high distraction (ie: busy) environments. So in conclusion, if you're dog has the basics of leash work down, and you need a good budget longline to work on recall training, or if you're a fledging in the tracking sports who is willing to give this leash a few minor upgrades so you can decide if you and your dog like the sport before investing in the more expensive gear? This is your leash.

It’s Really, Really Long!! 😂
Everything about this recall leash is great. I love the bright orange color, the handle is well sewn with no unfinished strings and is easy to maneuver in and out of quickly, and the clip works smoothly. 30 feet is a lot of leash for this human to handle and I’m still figuring things out. It tangles all the time, although the smooth material allows the knots to come undone pretty easily. My puppy thinks it’s a chew toy and is constantly going after it. Rather than serving its purpose as only a recall leash, it’s also a chew toy! Lol! Funny how none of the training videos on recall tell you what to do when that happens! This is a win!

Good product
This is a good durable product and I love that you can use it for a variety of things. I have used it primarily for hiking and letting my dog run while still being on leash, for swimming so my dog can swim but I can stay out of the water, and for tying my dog up on the porch and for camping. It is sturdy and has held up well over a year

100 ft lead
This is the BEST lead. My pup is 13 pounds. This is so light weight he feels like he’s roaming “free” but he’s secure & safe.! 100 ft ITS AWESOME

Nice and long 50ft
Thought it would be a litte more heavy duty maybe I mist the fine print in the description.

Attaché mauvaise
L’attache de cette laisse est très mauvaise, ça fait 2 fois que mon chien se détache seul, l’attache ouvre. Et comment en avoir une nouvelle ou un remboursement?

Labrador puppy chewed through this in a few minutes
First time used on my labrador puppy and he chewed through it within 5 minutes. I looked round and saw him running off with me holding the rest of the lead. Very disappointing

Brisée en 1 semaine
1 semaine d'utilisation et la longe a brisée à deux endroits. Ce n'est vraiment pas fiable ni solide. Chien: golden de 90 lbs. Je ne le recommande pas!

Great leash
Make sure to order the wider/thicker option if you have a large dog. It’s a game changer compared to the regular size. Last much longer! The clip works great. Swivels and easy to open.
