I have pets who are in and out, and humans who are messy, so I like to try and clean the floors daily (kitchen tiles, and living/dining room and hallway hardwood floors). I was previously using a steam cleaner which was great but the cables are such a faff. I wanted something cordless to replace it and although this doesn't produce steam, it is really good for whizzing around the floors in the morning or after cooking. It literally takes five minutes for a freshen up and it actually gets up dirt and spills really well. It also picks up any remaining pet hairs that the vacuum didn't get. The floors dry quickly and I haven't noticed any puddles, or any streaks. It's easy to take apart and clean (the water tank does take a bit of finger power though) and the rollers can apparently go in the washing machine (not tried that yet, I've been washing them in the sink with a bit of laundry liquid). It's a shame that the base isn't actually a charging station so that you can just plonk it on, but plugging the charging cable in every couple of days is really no hardship. Overall I'm really happy with it and am really glad I got it. I'd say it was worth the expense.

I read such good reviews for this mop but I have been so disappointed with it. Karcher is usually a reliable company but this mop is a waste of time and money. To start with, I find the clean water tank difficult to remove and replace, then the cleaning rollers keep coming out. The dirty water container is flimsy and collects very little, leaving the floor so wet that I have to go over it with a dry mop. When in use, the mop seems to almost float over the top of the floor which means that if the floor is not perfectly smooth, i.e. wood , the mop cannot cope, nor can it remove heavy stains, so it's back to an old fashioned mop and bucket for me. Unfortunately I am out of time to return it and the spare rollers I bought. I cannot understand why it has had good reviews,it was even recommended by Ideal Home magazine.

Bought this to ease scrubbing the floor and seems to be one of tge few that cleans to the edges, which it does a decent job of. It's not perfect but the floor can now be done more regular with ease. Made a mistake leaving the remaining solution in the tank attached. Overnight it leaked out and ended up as a puddle on the floor. Other issue is the collection tank is nowhere near big enough to collect the amount of water from the solution tank. This resulted in it spilling out and recycling round tge rollers, so instead of it cleaning it just spread the dirty water around. Will need to keep a close eye on it in future. Bought in the prime sales. At the price paid it's OK but definitely not worth £140+ price.

I never knew I needed one and now can't live without it. It's such a handy tool to have especially if you have lots of non carpeted floors. Either for cleaning or mopping up it's perfect. Little pricey but definitely brilliant at what it does.

The instructions were a little basic but I can see now why people say it’s noisy but that is because they are using it wrongly. You do not have to put any pressure on this electric mop, when you put pressure on the rollers they can’t spin and then you get a squealing noise, but if you just hold it on the floor and move it around it does a great job at cleaning the floor. I’ve only had it a couple of days and cleaned my floors twice already. I’m so happy that I can now clean my floors without causing myself too much pain. 😊

This is my second attempt to buy a karcher cordless mop, the first one arrived and had a fault ( it sounded like a Halloween ghost screeching really loud. I returned it and had a second one delivered, that was not so loud so today ( first chance I’ve had) I happily set about mopping my floors , unfortunately when I filled up the clean water reservoir. I noticed there was a tiny hole at one side with water spraying out everywhere , ( clearly faulty again ) I’m not sure if it’s possible for them to send me just a new reservoir as I don’t want to have to return whole machine again and I’m really not sure how to contact seller direct to ask this question. Not what we have come to expect from karcher sadly, quite disappointed. In fairness when I actually used the first one it worked well cleaning the floor but the loud screaming noise was unbearable .
