Don't worry, crystallized honey isn't bad! It's natural for pure honey to crystallize โ it's just the glucose and fructose sugars separating. To make it liquid again, simply place the jar in warm water.

THIS IS NOT ACACIA HONEY.
I dont know to jugje the quality of honey,but i am certain that this in NOT ACACIA honey. Acacia honey is usually very light color, whereas this honey is quite dark. Therefore i am not satisfied with this product.
