Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap and Digital Watch,5ATM Waterproof Fitness Tracker with HRM, Stopwatch, and Hourly Chime - Ideal Fitness Gifts for Men and Women

A leitura é rápida e acurada.

The old Polar-style HRM's always worked great for me, and this one is very easy to use. You can set the time (like a Casio sport watch) and program the monitor if you like--I'm just running mine as a real-time HRM. It works fine at resting--haven't used it for cycling yet, but expect reliable function.

Very pleased with this HRM. I wanted to avoid watches that provide too much information poorly and just focus on an accurate heart rate monitor. This product is exactly that! God size visual display ( with back light function) and all the functions you require. No need to carry or connect to a phone and no need to keep charging on a regular basis. Great, simple and effective.
