This heavy duty tape dispenser has made packaging items a breeze. I have been using it for a few months, and I am impressed with the durability. This tape dispenser is easy to use, changing tape roles out is a breeze. It is a basic design but I really didn't need anything more expensive, great value. Would purchase again!

This is a very well built tape gun and not bulky and cumbersome like others. The roll of tape that is included is thick and strong. I ship small boxes like 6x4x4 and this tape gun is well designed for that. The teeth are sharp and cut cleanly.

Hard to use, the plastic dispenser is flimsy.

Best mailing and moving tape ever for me. I have ordered my third roll this month for a big move to tape up moving boxes. I like the price, but most of all I like the dispenser AND the BEST trait of this tape is that it is always very easy, the few times that it gets stuck on itself on the roll.easy to find the end and get back to work. So many other brands it's like forever to find the end and then get it back on track when it gets stuck on the roll---never a problem here and it's just a strong at holding tight boxes tightly closed.

Updated review: So at first I thought this was the worst packaging tape/Dispenser I had ever used and was gonna return it but I had to ship out a few orders that day so I used it anyway and just kept it and after using it a few times, it got much easier to use. I think you just need to get used to it. (Old review) WHO WOULD DESIGN A TAPE DISPENSER LIKE THIS??? I package items frequently and this is the worst packaging tape/dispenser I've used so far. I don't know why they'd put ridges on that little orange roller bc it makes the tape stick so it can't roll out easily, AND it leaves lines on it! Looks terrible! I had to take it apart 4 times just to use 3 pieces of tape! And then the one time I actually got it to roll smoothly, as soon as I cut the tape off, the large orange piece broke forward!? I'll never buy this one again and the tape is too big to transfer over to my other one. Pen +Gear is my favorite one, and then Duck brand EZ start is second.

Not as good as the handheld ones you see at post offices, but 70% of the way there is still good enough. Very useful item to have
