I am so so happy with this purchase. I have been looking for a replacement for the stuffed dog I sleep with every night and this was the perfect find. It’s big enough to hold onto all night long it’s soft fluffy and has a bit of weight to it. I would recommend this guy to anyone who is looking for a huggable stuffed animal

This is perfect for everybody. He seems to be very well constructed and the ears, tail, etc. are well attached. He is at least as cute in person. He isn't really a "toy" but is solid and well weighted and balanced so that he is very comfortable to hold.

I’ve had this little guy for a few days and honestly I’m obsessed. For reference, I’m a full blown adult in her thirties, so if you’re an adult questioning your purchase don’t hesitate! I got the medium size. I have severe anxiety and depression. My therapist suggested getting a stuffed animal, especially because in January I lost my absolute soul dog who would accompany me to therapy. I do EMDR which needs a lot of grounding and my dog always helped with that. I tried a few other stuffed animals but it always felt like hugging a pillow. Sometimes that’s great but I wanted to feel like I was hugging something real. I looked into weighted stuffed animals and found this listing. When the stuffed animal arrived I was a little surprised by the flat box but he fluffed up quickly. I put one of my late dog’s sweaters on him to help soothe me. Holding him the first time I immediately felt the difference with the weight versus a regular stuffed animal. It’s nice to sit on your lap, has substance when cuddling, and the fur texture is so soft. I brought him to therapy (peep him buckled in, I just thought it would be funny) and my therapist loved it. It really helped in therapy with the weight and playing with his ears. I feel like a kid again having a stuffed animal I want to be with but that’s honestly the delight of it. This doesn’t feel like a cheap toy. The paws have cute little paw prints, all the limbs are weighted as well. The details are great. The cost was affordable. I think this is a great option for all ages. Absolutely get it!

My son loves it. He said it’s heavy. My son is on the spectrum and has been having a hard time adjusting to a traumatic move so I’m hoping that helps relax him

After reading endless reviews and comparing DOZENS of listings for Weighted Plush Animals, I decided on this adorable soft huggable puppy with it's sweet face and floppy ears. It's for my 31 year old married daughter who loves stuffed animals, and is a huge hugger - of people and animals. I debated between the Black and White version or the Brown one. Both looked sweet and huggable, but I went with the later, as it would stay looking cleaner longer. I read many reviews regarding quality of stitching and consistency in the stuffing, and this brand seemed to be the most favorable. I also liked that the paws AND belly are weighted (not just the belly) for a better hug. I decided to go with the largest size - 28 inches long and 14 inches wide - since this is for an adult. I placed my order yesterday and the hefty box showed up this morning! Although the box was in perfect condition, it was obviously bursting at the seems, like the puppy was trying to escape. This was purchased as a Christmas gift, and with Thanksgiving still next week, I just couldn't imagine keeping this precious baby in a box for another 5 weeks. I ended up visiting my daughter tonight and giving her this gift early. She truly loved it and held it all night. It is REALLY soft, well made and very huggable. We watched a movie and the only time it left her lap was when she laid down and used him as a pillow.

Asan adult I never thought I would want or need a stuffed animal. We recently lost our German Shepherd who was my constant companion. Being disabled I spend a lot of time at home and it was so quiet without a dog around. We didn’t want to get another dog right away so I didn’t know what to do. I saw a similar option on Facebook and so I looked into it and was surprised how many adults were getting one for themselves. I came across this dog and so I ordered it. Once I got it I instantly loved it. I found myself petting it without even being aware. I loved the weight and found it very comforting. If you deal with anxiety, lost a pet or just feel lonely I highly recommend this.
