I love these things, have one in 2 different rooms and they hear up each room nicely, it does run hot (setting it to 70 can make the room upwards of 75) but with that knowledge they work great!

Don't waste your money. The fan immediately cools off the air defeating the whole purpose.

Loving my Life Smart! This infrared technology is great. I absolutely love the way it heats my downstairs-lower level. During this cold winter-I program it to come on approximately an hour before I am up. When I go to the down stairs area-it is now a wonderful warmth throughout all of downstairs. I really appreciate this feature when programing it before we are home for the evening. Greatly helps my main heating unit-and saves on utility costs. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to save on the expense of staying warm!

These work great in my girls' rooms and i love that they have a child lock so the child cant change the temp or anything on it and they dont get hot

The media could not be loaded.  Cons:- the light is very bright at night- you do not need a nightlight with this unit on (feels like 2 nightlights combined).- the fan is not too loud but the blow out fan (to cool the coils down) is really loud - not sure why they designed it this way.- too bright/loud for a bedroom but great for a general room (my opinion).Pros:-it is very quick heat and efficient and warmth the rooms quickly- the air does not feel as dry as a regular electric heater- shipping is very very fastWe just received our units this week and they are already rattling like something is loose by the fan or the fan itself is loose. We could have had defective units?I contacted the seller and told him that I wanted a refund- they replied right away but wanted to give me $20 credit if the unit still works??I am not sure how they expect me to use an electrical device that has something loose inside- that’s a fire hazard waiting to happen. Hoping to ship back and get a refund quickly.UPDATE- I called customer service and got the refund the same day. I explained the issue and they did not argue with me.I just got my full refund. It’s a shame it did not work out but I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
