mCoque PU Leather case for Microsoft Surface Laptop and Surface Laptop 2 (13.5 - Inch, Black) (13.5" Microsoft Surface Laptop, Black)

I just received my case today and unfortunately I am having the same experience as a previous user (jscob). Mine simply does not fit. I guess I should have did a little more research. I have a 13.5" Surface Laptop....BUT... the 13.5 " is the size of the screen....not the laptop.The case looks like it is exactly the right size for my display screen but the physical laptop is bigger than 13.5" wide with the frame around it.Not sure if I just got a lemon or if the other reviewers have a smaller surface laptop than the 13.5" one so it works for them.Shame because I really like the material and how it feels but this one is going back to amazon, smh.

I am really loving this case! first, I have to say that I appreciate the laptop screen cover that it comes with. It fits very well on my surface laptop. Second, the case itself is really amazing. One thing I will say, is that placing my surface laptop into this case was a slight hassle. But, once I got it in, it fits well and doesn't budge. I don't know how I feel about the holders on the top corners. I noticed that it blocks any tabs that I may have in the far corners, or if I need to save something on word, it blocks the save button. However, it is not a big deal. Other than that, I really enjoy this case, it looks sleek, sophisticated and keeps my laptop protected.

I wanted to review this product a lot sooner, this is not the most comfortable case for the surface as it holds itself on the back of the laptop with two dark elastic bands that clock the screen - where the close and minimize icons are - so basically it blocks the screen and makes it hard to use the laptop - I am disposing of it as Amazon has new offers with stickers now instead of this case

I bought this in 2018, and it's now June 2019. Its been a year and I do like this cover but I cannot stand those straps that hold the case to the monitor part of the laptop. I always take them off because they get in the way and i cannot see the minimize of exit button on the top of the screen.

My 2017 surface laptop just literally does not fit in this piece of garbage. The surface laptop has a 13.5 “ screen the product dimensions are not even that wide, how did this fit anyone’s surface laptop... bought it because of the good reviews but honestly they must have gotten a completely different sized case then I got because this absolutely sucks.

I personally don’t see any problem with the cover the only thing that I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t really stick to the keyboard as I tried to show in the video but it doesn’t spoil it at all you can barely notice it. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something practical and protector at the same time
