Arrives flat; expands quickly; a bit soft at first, but after about a day (maybe it was two) became firmer. It is perfect for me. Firm enough to provide neck support, yet plush enough to double as a supportive pillow in my recliner. Very nice material with a very nice feel. Would absolutely buy it again.

This neck pillow was absolutely perfect for my mom. She’s bedridden and uses it along with her regular pillow while watching tv. It’s really soft and comfortable while also supporting her neck. The zippered cover makes it easy to wash. It immediately expanded to its full size in less than a minute after opening the vacuum packaging. No odor, she was able to try it out immediately. Very nice neck pillow with a snap closure for those wanting it secured to their neck. Its firmness is just right for me - I have 3 damaged vertebrae (C4-C5-C6) from an auto accident years ago. I use this to help me sleep.

Came sealed flat and expanded after opened. Quality seemed good. The front snaps held and seemed comfy when tried it on. Someone with a larger neck may not be comfortable with the snap closure.

Don't be surprised, as I was, when the package gets delivered because it is flat! Vacuumed packed. The minute you open it up, take out the flat pillow, it starts to plump right up to full size and comfort. It wraps perfectly around my neck with a snap button closure in the front of the neck to secure the fit. Two different lengths to make it tight or loose. It is so comfortable, soft but sturdy to keep your head and neck in a safe and comfortable position whether on a plane, a long car ride or just resting sitting up on a couch or chair. The only complaint I have, or I would have given it 5 stars is that there was a musty smell which I suppose is from warehouse storage, I don't know? But as it was aired out, the smell disappeared. I do recommend this product.

Very comfy neck pillow. I bought one for myself and my son stole it so I had to buy another one. It’s the perfect size for both my son and myself. There was a slight odor when first opening the package but after allowing it to air out the odor has disappeared. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good neck pillow for traveling or just sitting on the couch!

Just received my pillow it's okay I guess but too small fits like a child on average man 6-1 200-210lbs. It is soft it's comfortable definitely made for upright position maybe a slight recline I'll have to try it out throughout the day don't know how well it'll work if you have to lay a little flatter I do have health issues but so far it seems like it gives enough support to where my head don't group and go off to the side.

Be careful,there no memory foam inside.
