This is a NEW INDUSTRIAL MACHINE PART with variations in finish (intended for adult use only). This is the anvil plate and it measures 3-1/8" diameter and approx. 1/2" thick - and has a little "stem" for lack of a better word on one side (see pics) that is approx. 1/4" diameter/height. It is slotted for a variety of uses. VERY HEAVY METAL (I think it's cast iron?). I have several of these for sale. NOTE: they have protective grease coated on them (some more than others) - this is normal.
