Very happy using this for loading carbs. I have a rapid metabolism and a busy life and recently decided to increase my body mass as I find myself running on empty too often. I've been using this product to increase my calorie intake and balance my carbs against my protein intake. I find it works well prior to a workout to have the body fueled to enable good energy levels. It's also useful between meals and doesn't make me feel bloated like a protein shake does. I've mixed it with whole milk or water based drinks and found it very easy to consume. It comes in a good quality container to facilitate easy storage. It also mixes well with protein shakes if which is useful as the body can only utilise so much protein depending upon an individuals physiology. Very happy with the purchase and the results I am getting using this as part of my diet to help me increase body mass.

Can't fault the product but it arrived in a bag, not a tub as they claimed it would about ten times in the listing. I contacted them and they said it was to save them money. When I pointed out that they weren't advertising the product properly, they said they were in the process of changing the amazon listing. This was 2 months ago so it doesn't seem like it's a priority for them. I asked for a partial refund and they agreed but that still hasn't materialised so I'm not particularly impressed.

Can’t go wrong

I had been looking around for a Carb powder that was low in calories and had almost given up when I came across Time 4 Carbs. Not everyone wants to bulk up, I need my carbs but also want to loose weight and at around 150 cal per serving this fits the bill, add to this that its unflavoured so can be added to my low cal protein powder or a smoothie, and for me it ticks all the boxes. This order arrived in a couple of days and was well packed and the tub had one of the strongest safety/tamper proof seals I have seen. The seller was kind enough to include samples of their protein powder and pre-work out drinks to try. The protein powder is a little too high in calories for me ( as I'm trying to stay under 2000cals a day ) but looking forward to trying the pre-work out drink, I already take some pre-work out caps so it will be interesting to try to compare them and post an update/review. UPDATE: The Pre-workout drink is far better than the capsules I was taking see my review. Simon.

Fast delivery

Brought this to help with my walking and after using it for awhile it’s not made any difference and I’m still having problems so I wouldn’t recommend this product 👎🏻
