Nicely packaged and not a bad price
I've been wanting to improve my cardiovascular health over the last few months as I seem to be slightly more out of breath then before, which may be down to an infection I got, and struggled to get rid of, over the winter. A bit of researched flagged up Nattokinase, and this seemed a good one and the price wasn't bad.It is plant based and comes from something called natto, hence the name. I think it is Japanese in origin, but not totally sure. Although this one says it is manufacture in the UK and follows the good manufacturing practices (GMP).There are no artificial ingredients, so no preservatives, etc.I've only been on it for two weeks, so hard to tell so far, but clearly this isn't something that changes this kind of thing overnight, so a little patience and persistence is required.

I take Nattokinase daily for my circulation and love it. This seems well made so far.
haw can i say it but I like this one.It feels good to be taking it.It is so hard to really get a feel for the quality of supplements except after taking each one or each make for along time. This is easy to take in small capsules and feels right.Sometimes it just feels right and this one feels good to me.Nattokinase is not too hard to make as it comes from a traditional Japanese fermented soya foodstuff. It is a very important supplement and I would not be without it ever.I live the feel of this one and will post when I have taken it all.Seems good value to me so far.

GOOD QUALITY SUPPLEMENT
I have taken Nattokinase in the past and I believe that it was of benefit to me. It is of course up to individuals to decide if it is right for themselves.I often rotate the supplements I take and sometimes have a complete break from time to time, as was the case with Nattokinase.I spotted this brand on Amazon, and although the brand is new to me I was attracted to them as it was a suitable dose for me and also manufactured in the UK. There are 90 medium sized capsules in the container, and I have had no problem in swallowing these. The recommendation is one capsule daily. The expiry date is 07/25 so enough time for me to consume them, and I am happy to do so.

British Made.
From a quality perspective, the product is manufactured to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in the UK, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety protocols. It is non-GMO, vegan, and natural, offering a clean formulation that excludes any artificial additives, preservatives, or animal-derived ingredients. These factors contribute to the product’s appeal for those seeking plant-based health supplements with an emphasis on sustainability and purity. The 90-capsule bottle provides a sufficient three month supply, depending on the dosage regimen, and the capsules are designed for ease of ingestion. Given its natural origin from natto, the supplement is an excellent choice for individuals looking for a plant-based option to support cardiovascular health and maintain healthy circulation without the need for synthetic alternatives.I always include this in my daily supplement regime, mostly to maintain good heart and vascular health.

Expensive compared to some other brands. Elegant tub but PLASTIC.
I am hopeful concerning the possible benefits of Nattokinase. Authorities eg the US NIH write that it may have a beneficial effect on heart, arteries, cholesterol, blood clots and blood pressure. It may also be neuroprotective and so helpful for eg Parkinsons disease. There is speculation that it is (partly?) due to their consumption of natto as a foodthat the Japanese live so long.I did try eating natto. It was difficult to find it on sale, and when I did find it I didn't enjoy the taste. I was happy to find out that Nattokinase in supplement form is made from natto. I now take it regularly. I am particularly happy to do this as I don't take a prescription blood thinner. At first sight I was delighted by the unusual black tub, whose wide mouth makes it easy to extract the capsules. But on reflection I would have preferred a more ecological container, a letter-box friendly re-sealable pouch or glass bottle. Will this plastic tub be still kicking around the world long after I have gone? These capsules are the usual strength, but you can find lower and higher dose Nattokinase supplements. Just scroll down the Hellenia ad. for offers from other sellers, to compare. Compare also prices. Hellenia makes an honest offer of 90 caps which if you follow their recommended dose will last you 90 days. At the current price of £20.90 that works out at about 23p daily. By contrast, Vegavero offer the same dose but 180 caps for 17.99 = under 10p a day.NB Hellenia warns: "If you are taking an anticoagulant (blood-thinning medication), or vitamin K, consult a physician before taking this product".

Easy to swallow
These capsules are easy to swallow, no taste even though they don't smell the best. Has good ingredients and surprisingly for this tiny tub there is 90 days worth

Not as bad as the nato nuts 😄
I have heard about natto and how it is used in Asia. However, I have also heard about the unusual taste. This is probably the best option to get the most out of natto without the weird taste. It does cost a bit, but it is up to you to put a price on health.
