BIWIBON Fingerprint Door Lock, 5 in 1 Smart Door Knob with Smart APP/Fingerprint/IC Cards/Password/Backup Keys, Finger Print Door Knob with Keypad for Bedroom, Office, Apartment, Black, 1 Pack

It works almost great with all the different features. Just can't seen to get the little tap keys to work no matter how much I try. Idk. Other then that it works great and easy to install and set up

Great door knob, bad company. mine worked great for a few months. then 1 started acting up about 6 months later. i reached out to the company and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops. and kept moving the gole post. i eventually gave up because how difficult the company made geting a replacement. then a few months later the second one started acting sporatic too. even with fresh batteries the units fail to re prints. or read a print and say its unlocked but dont unlock. weather through the rfid tag, finger print, or pin code. they will register a sucessfull unlock but wont be unlocked. Customer service is terrible. would stay away. unless you can buy a new one every 6 months.

Best for the money, style and easy installation I give it all 5 stars and more…..

It's a budget product, comparing to well known brands, so it accomplish what you are paying for. The installation smooth as posible, on the printed instructions the screw behind the handle wasn't so clear. Playing around with the different options and configuration the front handle was blocked, no backlight, no finger print reading, no card reading, that scares me because it could let me out of my own home, this happened less than 20 min after the installation, so the batteries were brand new. I'm gonna carry the physical key just in case.

I was worried it was gonna look a little goofy. Having a keypad on my bedroom door. It looks like a regular door handle, actually better and works perfectly. You can open it with your fingerprint, which I think is the fastest. You have to download the app and use it. . once you have downloaded the app, you will useyour phone To set up the key card , finger print and passwords on my app. It is very sleek. Looks regular not out of place now. I want to get black candles for the rest of my doors. it is also rechargeable, but takes four AA batteries not included. Also comes with new plates for the door and the frame with new shiny screws and a screwdriver. Very easy to install.

So far so good! The product has been functioning as it should. Sometimes the remote lock port has stuff where it connects

Absolutely terrible. Fully charged the doorknob and put fresh fully charged batteries in it and I never use it but it died 3 days later now won’t work unless I keep it plugged in

I ordered 5 of these door locks for my office . Our staff loved how easy they are to use and had no issue with them untill recently. I recieved them all Dec 30th 2024 and now exactly 4 months later (April 30th 2025) one of the door locks is not opening with any of our fingerprints and we can't figure out why. I tried to contact support from the phone number provided by the app but they advised they could not help us and we have to contact the seller. For the price we paid, I just wish the return policy was longer so that we could get a replacement.
