Great Product

While I was always aware that Milk Thistle was good for liver health, that, in combination with NAC (N-acetyl Cysteine) is a powerful one-two punch. The other ingredients are complementary to the product, such as, Zinc, Choline, Dandelion Chicory, Tumeric, Beet Root, and Chanca Piedra. My own liver doctor recommended this product and it's very easy to use as directed. I too recommend this product and have been pleased with the results. It's not an overnight panacea, but, over time, will improve liver function.

This is my first time trying ginseng. It’s a great little mid-day pick me up. The first time I tried it, it was a little afte 3pm, i was feeling sluggish, mentally drained, and just out of it. About 20 minutes later, the brain fog was dissipating. Great for those needing a pick me up alternative to caffeine.

I love the ability to take my supplements in liquid form. Yes, it doesn't make it easy to travel with but that's what pills are for. Meanwhile I enjoy the liquid version. I've been using this American Ginseng by Herbana for about a week. The taste is quite mild like ginseng tea perhaps but there is a very mild detection of the bitter root. If you mix it with water you dont taste anything. I have used American Ginseng before so I know what it can do for me. This kind of ginseng will not make you jumpy or nervous. I was taking American Ginseng when my children were young, and I was their full-time mom taking them here and there and running a household and being "chief cook and bottle washer" as my dad use to say! I promise you I was not frazzled and exhausted at the end of the day. Now that I'm older I still need that calm energy to get me through the day's errands and chores and what nots and still be calm and peaceful at the end of the day so I can be pleasant with my family! So, what's the difference between American and Asian Ginseng. American ginseng is "cooling" /calming, energy restoring (Yin) Helps the body and mind cope with long-term, daily stress. Asian Ginseng is a warming, energetic herb.. (Yang) Helps the body and mind cope with acute, short-term stress As for me and my metabolism and "constitution" and my daily life I want a calm energy. I really notice this benefit at the end of the day. I highly recommend this brand. It's so easy to take. This 4 oz bottle is reasonably priced and will last you 3 months.
