It is a very soft memory foam that actually moulds too much around your head/neck meaning your head ends up low, almost at the same level as the bed, with not enough support on in your neck to sleep on your side. My old yellow foam pillow gave far more support for back alignment.Nice quality product, but not fit for my purpose

I am a big fan of memory foam pillows. Been using it for 8 years +.Have had plenty of back and neck problems over the years and a good memory foam pillow really helps!This pillow is too low. It's not suitable for an adult as your spine wont actually be lined up properly. Teenager possibly.I like the fact that it's soft memory foam (not firm) but of course compared to a standard pillow a memory foam pillow Is always firmer. But as memory foam pillows goes this is definitely a soft one.A small adult or teenager otherwise look elsewhere.

I bought this as it was supposed to be suitable for side sleepers, and as I was getting a new bed and entirely new bedding I thought I would give this a go.It was not one of my better decisions.I had looked at a few of these memory foam pillows, and the specifications for this seemed the same as all the others but at a lower price. The dimensions were the same, as in the depth, so what did I have to lose? Well literally just the money I paid for it.It is not deep enough for a side sleeper to use, it is only really suitable for a back sleeper, or somebody with shoulders as narrow as a babys.Don't get me wrong, it is a lovely soft pillow for the right person, just don't purchase this if you sleep on your side.

So comfy! And the cover is so soft. Like sleeping on a cloud. I waited a few nights before I posted a review because the first couple of nights I found it uncomfortable but I discovered it was because a) not used to something like this and b) I’d left my regular pillows the other side of the bed and I’m a wriggly sleeper so I removed the other pillows and replaced them with just one slightly thicker one. However, I intend on buying another of these special ones to put the other side as I have something called Cranio-Cervical Instability which causes me immense pain and this has helped reduce it somewhat. Great purchase.

I love this so much. It helps my back and my shoulders while I sleep and it's so soft!I was worried the pillow would be form, but it is spongey and very comfortable.

It's a problem solver, at least it was for me! It's a bit small though, for the cost £30 they should have made it bigger, or make it cheaper.

Great value for money.Bought this for my husband as he has had problems with his neck for as long as I've known him. He says it's really helping him sleep a bit better and wouldn't swap back to his old pillow.

Loved it because it's comfortable on the neck and shoulders. Memory foams are always my go to pillow. Comfort matters to me. And it has a washable cover too. Used it for myself, for sleeping.
