ANCwear Fitness Tracker Watch

Update 5/17/2023. I can not say enough about ANCwear customer service. I bought a watch in 9/2022 and as stated below had some troubles with the first watch. Customer service replaced it immediately. I have had no trouble with this watch. Battery still holds for at least 2 weeks. Again as stated below. It has never completed lost it's charge as I make sure I put it on the charger at least every two weeks. Now the watch band broke and I contacted them to see if they sell a replacement band - they do not. But they immediately again sent me a new watch!! It arrived 2 days after my contact with them.I am giving this a 5 star review based on price and customer service. I was looking for an inexpensive watch and decided on this one. I was very happy with the one I received in July 2022. When it was going on three weeks, I decided to charge it before going on a trip. But after the charge even though the step counter worked, the extra features of heart rate monitor blood pressure/oxygen monitor and sleep monitor stopped working. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new watch. I have now been using the new watch for a few months with no problems. The battery holds a charge for at least two weeks. I have never had it completely lose the charge - so I do not know for sure how long the charge actually last. I do not know how accurate the steps are towards actual miles. But you have to know this is an inexpensive watch. I just adjust my own goals. If I walk 7000 steps - then I just know that is my steps - and if I need a better work out, then I just walk more. The blood pressure is not as accurate as my blood pressure machine - but again I make a baseline and then go from there. The oxygen count reads the same as my pulse oximeter. Again the 5 stars is for the price and customer service. If you want a watch that is more accurate, guess you should pay for a more expensive watch. I am happy with my decision to buy this watch.

I’ve lost confidence in the health readings produced by this watch. I have used it for over three weeks to track my blood pressure (bp), oxygen level (O2) and heart rate (hr) and the readings have been between 6/29/23 when it was delivered and 7/22/23, according to the watch my bp has been between 109/71 and122/82; O2 has always been 99; heart rate between 53 and 79.On 7/20/23 I went to an urgent care with a suspected infection and, taken manually, my bp was 190/110, hr was 105 and O2 was 98. Three readings were taken and they were pretty consistent. At these times, I thought it would be good to calibrate my watch. Imagine my surprise when the readings were: bp 120/70, hr 62 and O2 99… not even close.Later, in the local emergency room, my bp was 200/98, O2 was 98 and hr 100 taken the four times the readings were taken both manually and automatically, the readings remained very high. Again, using my watch the readings were not even close: bp 117/78, hr 67 and O2 99. The four readings on the watch were also very consistent.I have stopped using the watch for everything… it’s in a drawer and I am using a battery operated bp monitor (which has readings pretty consistent with both the urgent care and emergency room readings). I no longer live in the false premise created by this watch.

My son wanted a Fitbit, but didn't want to pay for one. We checked to see what else (cheaper) was out there. He settled on this one and bought it in September of 2021. He really likes it and it is truly waterproof; he's worn it swimming, showering, etc. (Useful for life in Florida!) He had zero complaints until very recently when we were on a trip and the band straight up broke. Like, both sides cracked in half. We have no idea how as there were no signs that it was weakening until it broke. The watch part still worked fine, but what good is a step tracker you have to keep in a pocket? Since it had been less than a year, I sent a message to the company and told them what had happened. They gave me no hassle at all and offered to send a replacement, which they did with great efficiency. My son was thrilled to get a replacement watch since he really liked his old one. This one was just as easy to pair to the app as the previous and seems to be working great just like the first one did.So I would say the item itself is maybe 3.5-4* because it works great especially for the price, but not being able to make it even to a year of use just on a wrist is pretty bad. But the great customer service bumps this device up to 5* because they stood by their product and made it right for us with zero issue.

I used it every day for 6 months and it just stopped working, does not charge or turn on. Worked great up until then. Read other reviews recently stating the same thing. Says it has 2 year warranty however no customer support or means to contact seller. Would not recommend. ** Update ** This review prompted the seller to contact me and they are replacing the unit with an upgraded model. Customer Service was no hassle at all once I was able to contact them. Not being able to contact the seller other than a negative review may be a Amazon limitation.

Terrible calidad, lo compre en enero y tuve que devolverlo por que no prendía. Esta segunda vez solo me duró un mes y ya no prende de nuevo
