Grateful for this product
I am a single female DIYer. I know just enough to watch a YouTube video or follow instructions to complete little updates in my home. I had a slow bathroom drain and decided to replace the faucet and drain valve while fixing the issue. Problem was that things weren’t going back together as planned once installed. This universal piping was a lifesaver and exactly what I needed vs trying to figure out new PVC pipes to cut and fit.

This seemed a lot smaller than the photo
I got this to replace a regular sized p-trap under a kitchen faucet. This arrived in good order but it ended up being too small for our specific job. It looks like it would work well for someone needing a flexible installation.

Two for one low price
I ordered this to replace incorrectly installed plumbing under a bathroom sink. The previous owner used hard PVC pipe that was too large for the pedestal sink and the sink sits at an angle. I was able to undo the previous mistake and fairly easily put this flexible expandable pipe and P-trap in its place. The pipe is flexible enough to do exactly what I needed and allow the sink to stand up correctly. I only needed the 1 1/4" fitting although the 1 1/2" adapters are included. This worked so well under my bathroom sink that I plan on replacing the plumbing under the sink in my spare bathroom as well.Overall I highly recommend this set of two P-traps, they are easy to install and are flexible enough to fit in tight spaces and expandable enough to work in difficult situations. 5 out of 5 stars.

Just as described
Feb 17, 2024:This kit came with everything mentioned on the product page. All of the included items may be assembled by hand, but you may need tools depending on how your current plumbing is installed. It seems durable enough for light duty drainage.

perfect
I was really happy to see this SAINT NIEVE Expandable Flexible 1 1/2" or 1 1/4" P-Trap Pipe online, since I have been having so much trouble installing a replacement on my wife's sink.....I will be able to stretch this one so it reaches our shorter than average pipes.....a great order.

Expandable flexible trap
In my opinion this product is very precarious...that is, of very low quality, for the price they charge...I had to return it because it was of no use to me, and I repeat it is of very low quality. But this is my personal opinion for someone else, maybe it works out in my case, it wasn't like that. For the same reason I give it 2 stars.

Okay for a quick fix
Plumbing problems are a real bummer. I have an old house and have had more than my share of pipes break and clog. I ordered this because the pipe under my kitchen sink had issues, but I was able to resolve them before this product arrived. After examining it I would only use this in a bathroom and I wouldn't expect it to last as long as most fixes. When you pull apart the accordion-style hoses, you can see light through the joints - that plastic is that thin. It is also a lot smaller of a pipe than anything I have under any of my sinks, which would restrict water flow, and the grooves would collect grease in a kitchen sink.I'm happy to have these as a backup for the next plumbing fiasco I have in this old house, but I won't expect it to be a final solution.

The pipes don't connect together
Advertised as being able to make an S bend, however the individual pipes weren't long enough for my sink, and I couldn't figure out how to connect the two together to make one longer pipe. Maybe there's no way to do that or maybe there is and I just couldn't figure it out.Any form of instruction/direction would have been helpful for a DIYer. We ended up ordering a different pipe in the end which worked great. This would probably be perfect for some projects, just didn't do much for mine.
