I told myself this was finally the year I join a cycling club, so I got this bike and did it! I did have an issue with one part on delivery, but I reached out to the company and they were quick to resolve the issue. I used the size guide and the company even confirmed before sending to make sure the ordered bike was the correct fit. I can't comment on assembly since I had a bike shop do it, but they had no issue. I'm having fun riding, meeting new people, and doing fun fitness. I get compliments on the nice bike appearance every time I ride. My only gripe would be that the wrap around the handle bar seems to be wearing quicker than expected, but it rides great. I love it!

Amazing bike, super light, super fast bike. Easy and pain free setup, was riding around in less than 20 minutes. Customer service was excellent and fast, they messaged me to ensure I had ordered the proper size. Highly recommend this bike and most importantly this company!

The best bike I ever bought. I like when it makes a clinky sound when u aren’t peddling so it can warn people u are behind them but simply not peddling. Super duper light also. I love this bike a lot!

This is my first carbon road bike. Previously I had a Fuji Crosstown and a Co-Op DRT 1.3 Mountain Bike, as well as a Peloton. The shipment beat the earliest shopping estimate, which was a nice start. The packaging was good and the bike appeared to have arrived intact. Initial assembly was straightforward, but the generic instructions were incomplete and misleading (included instructions for a quick release axle though the bike is bolt through). I noticed some slight scratches on the wheel rims at this time. Once fitted the front wheel rubbed the disc caliper and even though I tried the simple realignment technique (loosen caliper, spin wheel, operate and keep brake engaged, tighten caliper, release brake) it is still binding. Handlebar stem was out of alignment and had to be loosened, realigned, tightened. That left the last challenge, rear derailleur was adjusted out of the box, however the front derailleur was not functioning. I had to look up how to adjust the Ultegra front derailleur. This was not simple and is still not functioning 100% correctly. I also noted that the barrel adjusters for both front and rear derailleur were fully extended...which seems wrong. There was no end cap/cover for the front through axle. Finally the entry hole for the 'through the fork, brake cable does not have a grommet and is just a rough cut hole. I did take the bike out for a 22 mile shakedown ride. Apart from the front derailleur operation and still binding front disc, all was great. I managed to improve my ride time by more than 8 minutes, to 73 minutes for the 22 miles. The climbing was comfortable and the speed on the flats was impressive/exhilarating. Overall 4/5 stars so far. Will add some pictures later.

My second savadeck; Best carbon road bike you can get for the money!!! Light, fast and beauty.

Huge value for money, carbon frame and solid drivetrain. Lowest tier build here so parts are a mix of Sora and off brand chinese parts plus OZ crank. Stock pedals are cheap platforms so plan to upgrade at least pedals and seat if you are riding regularly. Included disk brake pads are soft and it is worth upgrading to a better pad, makes a huge difference with shimano pads installed. Wheels are true out of the box and there were no problems with the frame. A 51 size bike weights about as much as a 47 aluminum Felt bike w/ C brakes(I am inbetween sizes). So if you are looking for superlight choose heigher spec components or a lighter frameset option. Best part is the frame flexes and provides a comfortable ride. My first 2 hour ride after fitting the bike was very smooth, you can feel the flex in fast transitions.

I'm typically a very difficult person to please when it comes to technology and machinery. As an engineer, I admire precision, craftsmanship, the execution of exemplary design. This bike exemplifies all of those attributes. It is ultra-lightweight, flawlessly designed, and built with a level of quality of bicycles 5x the price. From a customer service perspective, SAVA confirmed my height, weight and inseam to ensure a perfect fit before shipping it out. The shipping process is exceptionally fast and the bike was delivered by Fedex. There was a miscommunication with Fedex thinking I was on vacation, and SAVA customer service handled everything for me with the carrier, and ensured that the bike was delivered successfully. Very impressed with the product and customer service!

I was skeptical at first… I’ve been wrong completely wrong. This is my first road bike and I am amazed with the build quality and functionality of it! I previously road a mountain / gravel bike setup and did okay. I kept up with some road bikes in bike rides… road it for 40 miles and did great. Finished in less than 3 hours. Anyways, Savadeck is freaking awesome! I ridden my bike around town and it did NOT disappoint. I was comfortable and at easy throughout my ride. Gear shifters are smooth and breaking power is on point. Thank you very much for such a wonderful piece of art. I will be participating in another bike ride this Saturday (May 16) attempting 50 miles… let see if I can beat my previous time. Thanks once again. Happy shopping.

The product arrived in good condition, although its carton had been punctured. The set-screw that locks the seat-post, was missing. I could not purchase the correct length, so I made one that works satisfactorily. When I placed the order, the web-site said that there were either 7 or 9 left in stock. The web-site said that shipping was free. I thought that the inventory was in a ware-house in Canada. When the shipment was confirmed, I discovered that it was coming from China. When the product arrived, I had to pay the carrier (UPS) about $65.00 in additional charges.
